Size 8 does not fit like my other size 8. Have had multiple pairs of the ascot and these donot fit the same Will be returning

I want to return them but for some reason i can't and it never stated that i could not return them.

My son loved the slippers but after 2 weeks they already ripped at the outer toe cap seam.

this is why I don't like mail order

Very disappointed. The shoe was too small and the next size up too large. Wish they offered a half size.

I Have previously purchased this same product on two separate occasions and was extremely happy with them. However, this time I was extremely disappointed. The color was not the same as previous orders. Also, neither was the quality of the slippers the same as I was accustomed to. As an example: the upper of the left shoe looked as if it was the right (toe turned right) and the stitching. was not well done. Another problem is sizing. My size is too small and not wide enough and the next size up is too big. After returning the slippers, I attempted to purchase them at two different retailers and found the same issues. This is how I learned the size up is too big. I have to wonder if UGG has changed manufacturer. I have moved on and ordered slippers from another company. This is too bad since I loved my previous UGGs. I hope in the future they will offer half sizes.

My fuzz-lined slippers were far too small. Irritating. Sent them back. Will be slow to try UGG again.

The outside of the slipper is very nice however the inside insulation/material is bunching up inside the slipper.

I returned them as soon as I saw what a piece of junk they are. Junk

Bought a pair from my husband who wears a size 12 could not fit a 12 so went up to a size 13 the 13 is also too small not sure if I want to get the 14th because I'm disappointed that it may not fit runs too small

Very disappointed in the quality of the slippers.

I carefully measured my son's feet and ordered the size that was indicated on the size chart. When they arrived, they were too small, so I called to arrange an exchange. The customer service rep was very helpful and provided free postage for the return/exchange. But now, over a month later, the replacement slippers still have not arrived and I haven't been notified about the reason for the delay. Several weeks ago, I called UGG to see when I could expect the slippers, and once again the customer service rep was helpful and friendly, and expo;ained that they should be arriving soon. I have no problem with the customer service reps I spoke with, but the factory and/or the people in charge of shipping need to take care of business more efficiently...

Have owned two prior pairs of these, buy the same size every time and these pair are very tight on the feet. Unable to return because they've been worn. Make sure you like the fit first

Have enjoyed years of a slipper lined with brown liner. A white liner immediately show dirt. Yuck!

They are just ok. The fur wears down fast and whatever size you are get a wide. Not worth the 120$ plus. Was so looking forward to these.. just not a fan

The fur is so thick it hurts your feet not comfy carbellas much better

I really like these shoes. They are great quality and comfortable. However, I had to get a replacement because my original pair had problems with the insole. The shoes were under warranty but it took an act of God to get a hold of customer service and get them to move thru the warranty process. It literally took me 3 weeks of constant calls and texts to get the process moving and get thru all the red tape. They even made me pay the $25 shipping fee to get my shoes to them because I purchased them in store and not Online! Everyone in my family has a pair of Ugg shoes and love them... but we WILL NEVER purchase another pair! They are overpriced for the service and support you get from them... It cost me 20% of what I paid for the shoes to send them back for replacement. NEVER AGAIN!

I wear them around the house but they are not as good as previous UGG versions

Coloring is more of a dark brown than tan. Inside soles already coming out after a couple of months.

Bought for my husband for christmas ( size 12, his normal in everything else) and the slippers were so small he did not even get close to being able to put his heel in. Wasnt able to return in time as local store would only allow an exchange and had no stock in larger sizes. So I now have an expensive pair that cant be worn and no idea what size these will fit ( maybe someone who usually wears a 9?). Wish there had been honest reviews up prior to the holiday.

Not as comfortable as older uggs. The lining is not even throughout, causing the front to be very narrow and feet to slip out of the back. I've purchased numerous pairs of size 12 over the years and never had this issue. The picture of the tan matted leather is MUCH lighter than what was delivered. The actual shoe looks much more like the espresso ascot slipper. Ugg... be better

Within 3 days the sole came undone. I am very disappointed in UGG because I was expecting a lot better quality coming from them.

Within the first 3 days of buying these slippers, the inside sole glue or whatever came undone. It is very annoying especially with the amount of money that I paid for them.

Waste of money. Seems like quality continues to be poor from Ugg. These started pilling and the inside lifting out in two days of wear.
