Took three times to get right size, a full size up from shoes. I agreed to wait longer to get tan and when they arrive, it was the wrong color. Very angry that I received the wrong color but sick of this whole ordeal.

I got this product for my boyfriend and some other slippers for my best friend and he was super excited to try them on because my friend Devin kept telling him ho much he loved them. Once my boyfriends order arrived he was very disappointed because he couldn't fit his feet in them. He's a size 9.5 and I believe I got him a 10 since they don't run half sizes so this time I will try an 11! I'll know now for next time! However, the product itself he tells me was amazing he says he wishes he could wear them since he got them so now we're sizing up!

I use this product when im going for a quick run. Its very stylish. I think UGG TM should make more of shoes like this.

So these are really comfy the only down side was the original pair I had received the left soul was never glued in correctly. When I contacted ugg they had me send them in and I received a new pair free of charge.

Bought these for my boyfriend who originally said he would be happy with a generic pair, now he wont take off his UGGs! He says they are incredibly comfortable and warm.

Unfortunately I had to exchange this item because they fit small

Shoes are great, they fit snug and are comfy. Only down side I can see is that my feet sweat in them a lot and I wish they had some air vents to even things out a little. I run hot though most of the time so it's not all the slippers fault.

The product is excellent! Only problem is the size 11 men's is a bit tight and need a shoe horn to get them on. Thought they would stretch out or compress. Otherwise they are fantastic

Love these shoes! They're great for around the house and casual errands. My one complaint is that the toe box doesn't seem to be the same size as my other UGGs and my toes get a little pinched.

These run small. Make sure to buy a size up. Other than that, these are great!

Got them as a gift, super warm and comfortable. Also got them as a gift and its the persons first pair of uggs haha, they love them.

These are a great product only thing is they get dirty very fast and not sure how to clean them

I purchased these three years ago for my husband and I am replacing them this year. The stitching started coming undone on the outside where the side meets the upper.

The shoe is very soft and great to wear around the house! I would buy it again.

I work 5 days a week from home, when I wear these the most but have gone out for short drive in them due to comfort.

Slippers are a half size to small.

Whether gift or purchase for one's self, it would be helpful is some paperwork is included for easy exchange and/or return. Thanks

I wear a size 9 in most shoes, K-swiss, Timberland, Rockport. The site says they are true to size, but I went to the factory store in Santa Barbara and I could not get into a 9 at all, Tried a 10 and it was tight, but that is what I got. I knew the fleece would compact and the leather would eventually stretch. After two weeks, they feel nice without socks and I am thinking they will stretch our more in months to come and I will be able to wear with socks. Buy one size up.

This is my go to shoe when I'm running errands or just lounging around the house. They run a little big but still comfortable.

Mostly around the house and for long car drives.

Great , comfortable shoes for standing in 8+ hours.

This is my third pair of Ascots so you know I really like them. The first were baseball glove leather and they looked good until they were shot. Second was nubuck and they are wearing well but don't look as nice (household dirt sticks to the surface). Went back to leather for the third pair in hopes they will stay nice looking longer.
