Well the shoes and the items were fine but the delivery was all wrong! If the people on my block wasn't honest I wouldn't have gotten any of this order and would have been in a nasty dispute about my order. I had over 800.00 dollars worth items delivered to the wrong address!! Thank goodness for the honest people who returned the stuff to me. I was going to order some other stuff but now I'm hesitant to do so. I will give the items 4 stars but delivery a big fat 0

The shoe is high quality and comfortable. Sizing info is not accurate. You need to buy AT LEAST one size larger than your street shoe to get a comfortable fit. Buying the same size as your running shoe would probably work.

My last pair of Ugg slippers were a men's size 12, they were a bit tight so I just collapsed the heal and wore them like a slide. The material was nice, and the style was as well. However, When I just ordered a new pair I decided to size up to a 13, which was too large. I gave them to my son who wears a 13/14 and they worked for him. I am now hesitant to order a 12. I hate having to return purchases.

Good for hospital circumstance if a person had a chance to break them in before actually being in the hospital.

The other isn't leather and slips on and off much more easily. Both same size but although I like the leather better I rarely wear just because the fit is so tight.

These slippers are total "Money". Absolutely the best. Only one item I need to mention - check the wool insert. The toe area of my insert was strangely hard, as though glue was lodged in the toe area. I had to take the insert out of the slipper and crush the harden area a bit. Otherwise, these are the best slippers on the market.

I ordered 2 pair of Ugg Ascots leather that are the same size. However the brown leather pair is either mismarked or something as they are a full size too big!

I wear these in. & out day & night. Like them with my bare feet comments are always positive.

I purchased these as a gift for my husband. He loves these slippers! Comfortable and cozy. I only give them 4 stars because the color is many shades darker than described. They are more of a deep chocolate color and that was quite disappointing.

These were a gift and the recipient loves them. He says they are super warm and fit true to size.

I bought these for my boyfriend but we didn't put any water protectant or anything on them, which I feel is the issue. He said they get dirty too fast but there's no protectant on them and he wears them outside in light snow, so next pair we will treat with a protectant

Husband's favorite slippers. Believe they are his 5th pair in same color.

Slippers are great,but free shipping on first order did not go thru, even though I followed the instructions correctly.

These slippers are still good but honestly, they are not as plush as they used to be in the past. The fluffiness collapses quicker.

The pair I want are on back order. Will b returning these.

I ordered two pairs of the ascot matte leather. The slippers are great my husband and son said. Comfy and warm. The only thing I didn't like is the picture showed a much lighter color than the actual color. It looked more tan on the website than dark brown. But it is what it is and they are great slippers.

I bought a pair of UGGs for my partner about five years ago and he has worn them out. So I bought him the exact pair for Christmas checking the size that he had before and ordered the exact same size and they didn't fit. I took the size 9 of his old shoe and the size 9 of the new one I ordered, held them up next to each other and the new shoe was half a size bigger so I am having to send them.f

Had a pair for 5+ years, and in the world of slippers that's forever, so was looking to get another pair. Purchased again and maybe it's just this batch, but the sole cushioning is much firmer than before, and right below where the table is sewn in my heel gets quite sore if I'm standing for awhile. Otherwise super warm and I hope the quality is what it used to be!

Great slippers. Second I have purchased these exact slipping size 11. First time perfect fit, but the time a wee bit too tight.

Great slipper and love how it feels. But would definitely recommend getting a .5 size bigger so you don't feel it too snug on you.

this was the second pair of the same slipper that i had to replace after daily use for at least 7 years. solid construction and very comfortable. i am not sure why but my first pair had a dark fur lining and the new paid is off white (perhaps because it is sheep fur lining and for some reason cannot be dyed). i prefer the dark lining but i still would likely buy again with the lighter color lining.

I wear them in home only. Previously I have worn only size 13 regular width shoes, so purchased these shoes in regular width. Length is correct but too tight across top. I expected them to loosen up as they broke in, but they have not. I am about to give up on wearing them.
