Shoe is comfortable - but twice I ordered Black Patent Leather and twice I got blue leather - box says Black Patent, but on both occaisions shoes were blue

I wanted to like these but they aren’t going to work. They seemed to spread out when I took a step. My foot slide down too far into the shoe and cramped my toes. I’m a flight attendant and these won’t get me through big airports comfortably so they’re going back.

Too large... not sure if it was half or full size large, but I could insert a finger between my heel and the shoe. I could tell that if it fit, it would be an extremely comfortable shoe, but I must say that the styling was a bit drab. It absolutely looked like it would be worn by a flight attendant... both style and comfort. I can't complain about the overall lack of style since the description tells what's in store. I just didn't think that it would be so institutional, BUT again... VERY, comfortable shoe.
