These are gorgeous in person! I have average to wide ankles and the ankle shaft is comfortable, not tight at all. I’m a true 10 and have been struggling with finding ankle boots that fit true to size but these do. My feet are on the wider side and these feel a hair narrow but the leather feels like it will break in/stretch a bit after some wear. People with average width feet will be just fine. Zero arch support so not something to walk around in all day, but cute and stylish and great with a variety of looks.

Fit was good and I was really excited about these boots, but on my first time wearing them I noticed a huge gash in the back heel. So it looks like the heel is not actually a wood stacked heel, but just painted on. Disappointed with that and that the heel was damaged without me even realizing it. Wore them to dinner and all the sudden there is a gash! Not ideal.

I loved the look of these booties. I felt they were a little stiff. I’ve bought other Lucky brand boots before. So many of my shoes aren’t comfortable so instead of hoping they’d be ok. I sent them back.

The boots are a classic style and what i was looking for. Important thing to know if you buy them... The heel is MUCH lighter than revealed in the photos. I bought the black pair and photos show a darker colored heel, not black but certainly not a lighter brown. This was my first purchase with Zappos so I am a bit disappointed.
