I have another size 8 that fit with a little extra room. This pair the right shoe feels like the right shoe is a whole size bigger. Slips off and am unable to tighten. It won't stay.

Not sure what is going on with some of these shoes. I love heydude shoes and have several pairs. When initially trying this one on, it felt fine. But, when I wore them to the store, the right shoe is bigger than the left one & flip, flops. I had already worn them & figured I'm stuck with them. Lesson learned. Wear them around in the house first.

For a much as these things cost, I expected more. They are cute, and if I only was worried about that, 5 stars. But for function, 0 STARS! The insole is like card board! So very disappointed!

They run small and you can really feel the seam on your toes. Not as comfortable as I thought they would be!

Never received the shoes and never received a response to my multiple attempts at contacting support. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Tracking link never worked. Now I have no shoes for my daughter for Christmas and apparently Hey Dudes could care less

Still have not received even though they were supposedly delivered on the 12th. Not happy at all

All these shoes run large. So, make sure to order the right size because I purchased a pair with the price marked down so they would not swap the shoes or refund my money.

Hurt my feet.

Horrible customer service. Shoes did not fit, tried to return and was told they are in returnable. Never in the order summary did it state they were unreturnable. Disappointing

The shoes where to small tried the same size on at a store and they fit fine.

And now when he sees them he cries! They left blisters on his feet! I think you need to realize babies feet on chubby and the shoes need to be stretchy!

Bought my regular size and way too small because of the fur inside

Bought 2 pair and 1 won't fit and they don't honor returns when it don't fit your foot

The plastics on the shoe laces were broken on my right shoe

I am having an awful time trying to correct an order issue. CS is ignoring me. I love these shoes but I'm very upset at how this is being handled.
