I purchased a 7, slightly big.... So I exchanged it for a 6.5, too tight and the plastic on the back of the heel hurt when slipping it on. So, sadly this was not a good fit or design for me. Returning it.

Adidas quality keeps getting worse. Shoes damaged, shipping box damaged. Customer service tried to give 5 dollar. Bad shoes and bad customer service.

These are way to small. I feel like Adidas was trying to mislead customers by telling them to buy a full size smaller than your normal size just to sell more shoes because of limited stock. I'm angry. These are expensive and I can't wear the darn things.

Inside I see dirt and hairs. Is there anything you can do?

Apparently This shoe runs big, it was a Christmas present so when it initially arrived I returned it for the next size down because it just looked big thinking that would fit. But when he tried it on at Christmas it was still too big! I went to exchange again for the next size down and the website said I could not exchange . So now I am stuck with shoes that no one can wear. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with Addidas.

Shoes arrived faulty. Seams/stitches were opening, there was glue around the base of the shoe, on the fabric and random spots. Adidas has been very difficult to deal with in a sense. It was confirmed that the shoes are disposed of when returned to them for a refund. I did suggested taking a partial refund so that I could attempt to repair the shoe myself and donate it to someone in need, rather than returning for my money but was offered peanuts. Doesn't make much sense to me as the shoes are defective but not unusable - they should not just be disposed of the way they do (which was confirmed by the team). There should be a program where faulty shoes are passed onto a better cause.

Not sure if this happens to other customers too despite the quality is good.

Poor quality for expensive sneakers. I would not recommend anyone buy these if Adidas won't stand behind the quality of its products. I would expect shows that cost over 100 to last for more than a month. Terrible value and quality for the price.

Wouldn't recommend. Sizing is so weird and they are not comfortable as the heel digs into your heel. So cute tho. Disappointed

I was always an adidas customer until I had to deal with their customer service. I got these shoes so i didnt just throw away my money which is exactly what they wanted me to do. These shoes are so uncomfortable I went and got some nikes. I dont want to wait 16 months to do the return process so looks like im off to a new brand.

Unfortunately you sent me a MEN's size 8 shoe instead of a WOMEN's size 8 shoe so it DID NOT FIT and I had to return it, and of course the shoe is sold out now !!!

Never again and telling everyone to never bother either

My father had complained that the shoe was crunching up on the top of the foot. I couldn't understand what he was referring to since we purchased the correct size. I finally got a chance to see him with his shoes on and the top of the shoe was Crunched up almost like they had put in the Wrong amount of material, too much fabric . There is definitely some type of manufacture defect with these shoes. I own a pair of black gum colored nmd Adidas and did not have this problem. I am very disappointed because they were supposed to be a goodbye to help him with comfort since he suffers with back problems.

This pair of shoes was poorly constructed with slight damage to the exterior felt and the insoles delaminating near the toe unworn. I would really appreciate if someone from adidas reached out to me about this issue seeing the this is the first of many pairs of nmd that I have had an issue with.

The shoes were way too big. Addidas return policy is not convenient at all. Also, I hope that they don't send a gift card but puts the money back in my account.

Was expecting great things but very dissatisfied with them

The Tops got huge holes after only two weeks. My son is hard on his shoes, but come on!

I love the sneaker, and I love Adidas even more. I'm a fan and have bought mostly Adidas sneakers. However, for the first time the NMD I got has a noticeable scratch. Driving to a courier is too much of a trouble for a return. My work is very demanding and my wide is pregnant. I only order online for a reason. Thank you and I hope things like this never happen again. : (

Fire the whole nmd design team including Pharrell Williams and let some stylish nmd foot soldiers show you how to make them cool again

Great shoe I wish I could get a pair that fits correctly.
