Excellent product. Will definitely be purchasing from Samsonite again. Great quality and looks. Wheels are silky smooth and the interior is more spacious than I thought it would be.

This bag is incredible. I tend to over pack for trips, then I buy more stuff and try to stuff everything in the suitcase. This suitcase gave me all the space that I needed and more. I highly recommend this suitcase to anyone and everyone.

I actually bought this for my niece going on a mission trip. She said she loves it so good enough for me. There was enough room for what she needed which was 5 days of clothing. Worth the buy.

Good for business trips

So far so good. Used it on my first trip this week. Roomy enough for 2 suites and addition necessities for 3 day trip. One complaint is the handle button sits up a little high so when rolling on 4 wheels the handle will unlock unless you hold the side edge of the handle. A little inconvenient but it rolls really well.

Great construction, solid build. Wheels are very slick with no sensation of friction. This 20" spinner is quite spacious on the inside. It includes dividers to help you organize your clean laundry from dirty laundry. Handle mechanism is smooth.

Lightweight, sturdy, compact, easy to maneuver; much larger capacity than I though it would have.

This bag replaced my old cloth one that was 12 years old and got a tear in it. Excellent replacement

I got a couple new bags to replace my old fabric ones that got torn on last trip. Great bags. The old ones where 13 years old and still in great shape until it got torn

Not sure what the lock pad actually locks. Instructions came on how to program the lock pad but it does not actually lock the suitcase.

I like all the features but was surprised there was no exterior place to hold an ID card

With a 50% off this purchase was a no brainer. Good quality and appropriate for most airlines cabins I am for the moment pleased.

Easy to have scratches on it

Great product. Looks and feels high quality. I'd give it 5 stars if it didn't have that strong chemical smell which is probably from its manufacturing. #sweepstakes

Great Samsonite quality. The only thing I don't like is that the strap that keeps your stuff from moving in suitcase doesn't cinch tight.
