Handle doesn't work. Inside pockets are not effective.

I purchased the Samsonite luggage prior going on a cruise this luggage did not hold up to my expectations or the name brand of Samsonite . The wheels broke off the luggage when I returned from my vacation I returned it back to the store they exchanged it and gave me a replacement ,again it still did not hold up the luggage started tearing from the seams. Very disappointed with this brand

After one use, the zipper pulls from the upper pocket have come off. After sending an email to Samsonite, I can create a repair ticket but have to pay myself to ship it back. Very disappointed that the luggage can't withstand one use without my having having to pay to return it for repair.

This suitcase is smaller than other 20in carry-ons. I put it next to my Samsonite 20in Leverage LTE and it was noticeably smaller. I wanted to return it, but the return shipping was going to cost me $38, so now I have to try and sell it myself. I would not recommend this product, or ordering online at this site if you think you might need to return the item.

I purchased this bag as it was similar in size to an older Samsonite bag I had that was wearing out. I received it only to find that the interior was much much smaller than the exterior (and also my older bag). This is way too small to take on anything but overnight or maybe two nights max. No room for sneakers to work out in the hotel, etc. I tried to return the bag, but the website return form doesn't work. I chatted with someone who said they'd take it back, but I'd have to pay freight. I found that unacceptable in this day and age when any company who values their customers takes care of that for them. The customer service rep wouldn't help me and I finally got hem to get me a supervisor who I was sure would step up and do the right thing, but she wouldn't help me either. I wrote the company through their email form and got the same response. We won't cover shipping back, it's on you, your loss. So I bit the bullet, paid the freight to return the item and get my money back. Instead of ordering the bigger bag from Samsonite that I was planning on ordering, I went with a new company that cares about it's customers. The company is called 'Away' I ordered the same size bag with a much more spacious interior and it is by far the best bag I've ever owned. Plus, they stand behind it, you get 100 days to use it and if you don't like it you can return it for a FULL refund. It's obvious Samsonite hasn't yet moved into the 21st century judging by their lack of customer service. I wouldn't recommend any of their products because they won't stand by their customers. No matter how many bags or previous purchases you made over the years. With service like this it's no surprise their retail locations are closing.
