Practical and good for volume packing. Well designed for the purpose but could have used better quality zippers

Nice size duffel and looks like quality build. The only issue I have with it is that it tips over fairly easily when upright.

I was under impression this bag has hard sides, like it looks like on the picture.

The product is as described. I only give it 4 stars, as I have not had the opportunity to actually use it yet. It feels sturdy and looks well made. It should serve me well

Great duffel with lots of room for packing. Wheels make it easy to move around. If it could stand up without falling over I'd rate it 5 stars.

I purchased the set of this luggage to replace my old Hartman tweed duffel bag that was indestructible and still looked good after more than 25 years. The new bags are very lightweight and pretty well designed, but they are not holding up very well. I have had them about a year, I've already had the zipper replaced on the big one, and both the large bag and the carry-on are showing Unacceptable wear. The smaller bag even has a hole in it, and all three are showing scrapes and tears. I travel quite a bit, and these bags have been on five international trips within the past 12 months. I give them good marks on everything except that they are not going to hold up much longer. I'm sorry because I like them.

Do not like the new design. Not as user friendly as the previous generation. Will be looking for a different rolling duffle next time.

We bought these for the convenience of being spacious when used yet collapsible and nestable (28" fits inside the 32") for storage aboard tight quarters like River cruise boats. However, the end pocket which rests on the ground when upright has no added protection against scuffs and scrapes...It is just a medium canvas material like the rest of the bag. Although we are careful with the bags, the airlines are not and two of the four we purchased were significantly damaged (one requiring an impromptu duct tape repair on the very FIRST trip!). Don't be fooled my the advertised warranty either. Despite all the encouraging verbiage about durability for the toughest travel in the product description, the Samsonite lawyers have exempted themselves from responsibility for travel related damage such as abrasions and tears. These are one trip bags. Good grief! Why did we pay more for Samsonite?

I have the 30" Andante. The 2nd trip I used the bag, the inner lining separating the top and bottom sections ripped at the seams leaving it partially open and therefore hard to use as a separate section. The 3rd time, the zipper of the drop bottom section separated while I was taking the bag out of a rental car bus leaving me trailing clothing out of the bag. I was able to take the zippers to the end of the bag and reengage them but it leaves me scared that the zippers will separate again on a future flight with a little rough handling of baggage handlers. Fortunately it didn't happen again on the rest of that trip or my flight home. I love the size of the bag and some of the setup but tough to recommend after quality problems with only a few uses. Looks like I have to pay to return it to Samsonite.

I bought this for a trip out of the country. We've had it for just over a year and only used it for a few other trips, but its already starting to wear out. The zipper on the small pocket on top broke. Now when packed (and yet under 50lbs) the wheels are starting to flex in and drag when pulling it. It holds a lot, but doesn't stand up the punishment of air travel.

Primary Luggage for interational trip. Sounded and looked better on line than in use. Zippers and case are not substantial enough for even one transatlantic flight. Difficut to manage contents and maintain usability at your destination.

I bought this in 2020 and it didn't even last 3 years, all the stitching has come apart. Terrible quality.

The zipper for the top compartment came apart after one use. The design is poor with the handle on top of the bag putting too much pressure on the zipper when the baggage handlers pick it up.

I bought this and was very disappointed when it arrived. The description says the external size is LxWxH 30"x16.5"x16.5" but the width is more like 13".

I literally pulled the zipper for the first time to close the bag when it wasn't even half full, and it disintegrated in my hand. I have a north face duffel that's over 10 years old and has been on hundreds of trips with me and it's still fine. I can't believe how poor the quality of this bag is. If it wasn't for the samsonite label, this would be a $15 bag.
