It's a nice bag. There's one design flaw. When you try to stand the bag upright it falls over. So when you're walking through the airport or wherever, you have to lay the bag down, which is kinda "ugh" but aside from that, the bag is fine.

Nice bag, but it falls forward when you are not holding the handle.

The bag is okay it's also way smaller than I expected

Not exactly what I wanted. It should unzip on both sides, would be better to include an inside zippered pocket and have the bottom section unzip separately for shoes or added space. I got this for my 15 year old son. The color and size was perfect but definitely needs more pockets/sections.

Luggage Telescopic handle (trolley) is loose. The bag is " good " but the telescopic handle seems to be cheap. I would not be surprised the day the handle will break down...

Good price although I thought I would've been larger.

The handle ripped after one trip! Not the quality we expect from Samsonite.

I bought this at an airport yesterday when I realized my checked bag was overweight. It was amazing bag to use as a catch all with two kids and a connecting flight. However, when I arrived at my hotel I found a hole right through the bottom of the bag. It was never even brushed against a surface more rough than an airport floor so I have no idea how this happened but I am not impressed with the fragility of the fabric meant to rest on the floor.

Got this from a work anniversary gift and just received. I opened it and the side pocket, the inside that separates the inside from pocket is ripped and the seam is hanging down. So sad because it was from a company gift catalog I can't return.

I need to return this item for a refund. Please send me a link where I can print a return label to send it back to you because it did not meet my preference.

I thought base on pictures it will be travelers size .quality poor,size too small

I would expect more form a name like Samsonite. Used it for one trip and the top handle/panel came apart. I didn't even have much in the bag.
