Zipper inside is broken.

At the moment, the best I can give it is a 2. The suitcase has plenty of room and rolls very easy but I have used it one time and the side handle is gone but there seems to be no other damage. I have contacted Samsonite to see if this will be warranted or not and am still awaiting a reply (only method to contact was via email). If they fix it, then I hope it is a one-off as I bought 2 of the 28" spinners and one 20". If they do not take care of it then I will most likely send all 3 back and go with another brand. On a side note, I bought Samsonite as I have had there product in the past with no issue but having a handle disappear on the 1st usage makes the current quality at least suspect. We will see if they stand behind it or not.

I purchased this bag in 6 months ago and traveled with it on 3 trips. This last trip, I got it off the belt and the handle was gone and the zipper was damaged and not connecting as it should. Very disappointed that the quality didn't last on this. Hoping that Samsonite will replace or repair it. I just got back from the trip this week.

AVOID SCAMMERS!!! They will ship whatever color they have in stock! I ordered Caribbean blue and they shipped teal. They put a Caribbean blue tag on teal luggage. I sent pics to Samsonite and they want me to pay return shipping only to receive a refund of the original and then can buy it again. Terrible customer service and avoid at all costs. I've cancelled the charge with my credit card. Will never deal with again. The first 3 pics are what I received. The 4th and 5th are from their website. Very different colors!!! SCAMMERS!

I bought it some days ago, but it is cheaper for more than 50 dollars later.!!! And the website cannot help with price matching.

I've purchased through the online from the Authorized Samsonite website on 6th August'19 and product delivered on 8th August'19 at the residence 420 Aidan park, Alpharetta GA 30004. On my first travel with this "Samsonite Centric 28 inch spinner" from USA to Singapore Dated 17th August'19, the handle of the baggage is dislodged. The baggage weight was within the permitted airline allowance carriage. The baggage was in excellent condition on check in and same received in Singapore. There was No undue force exerted on the handle to lift the bag nor was there any physical damaged, however to our surprise whilst normal handling to lift the baggage, the designated top handle just uprooted. This was "unbelievable" for an expensive good quality branded product by Samsonite. Please find the attached files - - Photos of the bag handle uprooted. - Receipt for purchase of the product. As I'm shocked and dismayed to see a product of Samsonite fail or get defective within 1st time usage and within 2 weeks of purchase. This is This seems more quality issue, defective product and must be investigated with more detail, keeping the customer satisfaction and the Samsonite brand image. As this has caused me really in-convenience and raised concerns on the Samsonite products purchased. Informatively I'm a regular buyer of Samsonite products and purchased 4 bags in August'19. I, reside in Singapore and just returned 19th August'19, with this damage product of Samsonite, (Broken Handle). Kindly provide me the contact details of the Singapore / Samsonite office - shop where I can return this product and get a replacement asap or an alternative good quality product compensating for this inconvenience.
