Zipper broke on the return flight on the very first trip. Have to return it. Great luggage, except the zipper

Disappointed with the samsonite product, I thought this was a good name in suitcases. How does an airline attendant pulling my handle differ from me pulling it? Yet one is not covered under the warranty!
