About 3 or 4 years ago I bought 4 pairs of New Balance flip flops. My feet are always hot and I need lots of cushioning. They came in gray/green trim, gray/ pink trim and had an NB on the thong part. I loved them. Last year and this year I could only find these black ones (or white and 2 other colors that I didn't like). Theses black ones are ok but seem to be wider and slide around a bit. I want the old ones back!!

lovely looking flip-flop, good support from the sole, but feels a bit snug across the top of the foot. I have fairly small feet, so I wonder if the strap might put too much pressure on a larger foot.

These new sandals are nice enough but the older model had far better arch support and greater feeling of stability. The older model was fine for walking around town and for short hikes on uneven ground. The newer sandal design is more like cheap flip flops where you feel a little unstable walking outside.

They are not as comfortable as the old style that you discontinued. I loved the old style that had a arch and formed to my feet. I wish you would make them again

... and not true to size. I have a pair of these from a few years back in a size 8. Ordered these in the same size. They are at least half of a size, if not a whole size, smaller. Loved the color, but had to return.

Go to every day flip flop. Doesn't provide the arch support of New Balance model from previous years.

I use them for walking to the pool. My right foot is comfortable but my left hurts when I walk in them! I had to tape the inside of them%,

I didn't like the material of the footbed. It was some type of plastic. I imagine they would be sweaty in the summer. Also, I have a wide foot and these were too narrow. They didn't offer different widths at the time of purchase.

I bought the perfect pair of flip-flops for my high arches from a New Balance store two summers ago and I was really hoping these were the same style. Unfortunately, they don't fit quite like my old pair. They seem wider and don't hug my foot as well. I may keep them just to see how they break in, but please bring back your older flip flop style, New Balance!!

I bought every pair of jojos I could find when they discontinued them . I don't understand why companies insist on discontinuing a proven and loved product. THERE IS NO NEED TO TRY TO FIX WHAT WORKS! Wont buy anymore new balance.

I had a navy blue NB sandal 5-6 yrs ago. I loved the very comfy soft sole & every time I slipped them on it made me so happy! I purchased the new model 2 yrs ago & they are not the same at all. Please please bring them back!

So a few years ago I bought a pair of new balance flip-flops navy blue with the soul is super soft. So when I went online I thought maybe those were them they are not I haven't been able to find the soft sold new balance flip-flops and that makes me very sad. They are so comfortable but the ones that I bought a few years ago are finally wearing out this may be the last year.

Not enuf support for a heavier person. Returned and still waiting on my credit

Not comfortable. Strap is causing a blister. Disappointed in them so far.

I wear a size 7 but these feel like the next size up. Also, the thong part of the show is like a rubber/plastic that is not comfortable and left blisters. This sandal is super cute but did not work for me.

I like the sandal, but they are to big. I wear a size 8 in the tennis shoe and bought this in the same size and not comfortable at all. If it came in a 1/2 size might fit better. Had to return them and got different brand for my trip to Disney.

This version is not as supportive or comfortable as an earlier version of the NB slide-on / flip-flop. This version is more flat with no arch support - which is very different than the supportive description given by NB on the site.

The straps dig into the sides of my feet. Only wore for about an hour and had to take them off. Can't wear. Don't have the box or receipt so I can't return either.

I bought these to replace my JOJO flip flops. It is not a comfortable as the JOJOs and seems more like a men's width. The JOJOs had a dainty feel about them. The JOJOs were great for treating my plantar fasciitis. Please bring back the JOJO!!!

I wanted to love these as NB is such a great company...but while the sole is cushiony and nice, the straps are tight, rigid, unforgiving with movement, and deeply uncomfortable. I tried to stretch the straps with tennis balls but even with a more loose fit, those nasty stinkers still beat up the top of my feet. I cannot wear these flips. Very disappointing!

Second day wearing them they both broke at the same time . Almost went flying on my to lp

Very uncomfortable strap cuts into top of foot. Bring back the jojo thong! ! That flip flop was the most comfortable flip flop ever!
