these shoes do not feel like the New Balance shoes I've had before. Stiff and tight

Ordered two different styles of sneakers. One fit perfectly. This shoe was much more narrow and uncomfortable to wear.

Quality poor. Price does not meet materials used. Sneaker feels like a $10 pair. Extremely disappointed. If had purchased in retail store, would return even though wore one time.

Fit is very narrow and one size smaller

The 996 Classics are so sporadically sized. I have 5 pairs and each one fits differently. There are so many style numbers for the same 996 classic. It is so frustrating because I love this shoe when I can find the pair that fits.

I have worn the same size shoe my entire adult life. These shoes were at least a full size off, possibly more, despite being labeled as my size. It was a complete waste of time and money to order them (I returned them but still had to pay for the expedited shipping). I will not order shoes from Zappos again.

These shoes look cool, but the construction is cheap and the fit terrible. What happened to New Balance?

Very lightweight shoe. It was narrow and smaller than the size shown.

I've been wearing New Balance for years, but this pair was completely off on size and fit. Looks weren't so hot either. It's as if they were made by another company!

I usually wear an 8.5 in a New Balance walking or running shoe and can wear a narrow or a medium with my own orthotic. I have a narrow heel. This shoe fits in the heel, but is way way too narrow in the toe box. The toe box almost looks pointy! And, the quality is not up to New Balance standards. It feels and looks cheap! I am returning these.
