Another disappointment. Naturalizer, what is going on with your sizing quality control?!? I have worn Naturalizer pumps for 4 decades. Size 6.5W, consistently, for the last 30 years. I have other 6.5W Everly Pumps in my closet purchased over the years. The fit and quality made them a favourite, which is why I was buying them again. This time I purchased three different colours, all 6.5W. All three pairs were too wide and too long, consistently fitting more like a size 7W. All three are being returned. I've also had to return the Anna Pumps for the same reason- the 6.5W sizing was WAY too big (and 6W was too small). Something is seriously wrong with your quality control as far as sizing goes because this hasn't been an issue with past purchases (in either style). Questioning whether I can continue to be a customer. I am two hours from a store (since ours was closed) and paying to ship back mis-sized shoes doesn't sit well with me.

Although I've worn 8.5 AA or Narrow shoes for decades, these shoes are simply too long and wide. The heel cup is also too wide. They appear to be well-made, but I also didnt like the styling of the upper toe. Its almost impossible these days to find a classic pump or any shoes, for that matter, that are narrow fitting. I'm disillusioned about shopping for shoes and will never buy online again.

Wore them for a couple of hours, I was mostly sitting and I was so surprised to see when I got home that the leather had started peeling off the heel! I am not at all happy with the quality and cannot even return them now. Terrible.

I can actually wear them all day. They were recommended to me so they game them a do. Glad I did.

Beautiful shoes that fit well. Heels aren't too high. Just the way it looks online.

I was looking for heels that wouldn't hurt my feet or cause blisters while walking around the office. These shoes far exceeded expectations. They are the most comfortable heels I've worn in 20 years of wearing heels to an office. They almost feel like I'm wearing bedroom slippers.

Bought these to replace the one I finally wore out! Very comfy.

I have multiple pairs of these shoes in various colours and they are soft leather, classic, and professional. I'd love to see other colours like brown and navy.
