This boot feels true to size in length and width. It fits well! It's not a pretty boot, but it's not too ugly. The only thing I would change is hooks instead of metal loop holes on the top two. I have an easier time getting the lace tight with hooks, but these will work. Thank you all for the reviews that I trusted. You were right! It's a good, comfortable boot.

They fit! My husband wears a 15 4E finally found boots that fit and were light. Plenty of toe room.

Size feels right (11.5) and width is spot on (4E). I usually try to order 5E as most companies can't make 4E shoes to save their lives, but these are nice and roomy, a true 4E. They feel good to walk in, and they are warm without making my feet sweat. Assuming they hod up for a reasonable amount of time for the price, I would purchase another pair.

Great well made boot. Gave them as a gift. Had to replace with an 11 wide but the man is a big guy. He is so pleased.

Thank you so much Zappos for providing a really nice boot that is actually wide enough for my fathers wide foot, 4 E. This is a true 4 E width boot with plenty of room in the toe box which is very difficult to find. He normally wears a 13 4E but has not purchased new boots in 6 years and needed a size 15 4E in these. He does have some swelling in his ankles which may contribute to him needing this larger size. I highly recommend these boots. Thanks again for providing boots for someone with a large, wide foot. By the way, he is 98, next month will be 99 and he is still active and these will be great for the winter, providing great warmth and traction.

My husband has a hard time finding shoes in a 4E and we had already sent back some Timberland boots that were too narrow. These boots are well-made, plenty wide, and were immediately comfortable. I had already bought a pair of Dunham shoes for him last July and should have just bought these first. Well worth the money.

Bought these for my husband who has started hiking. He wears a 10.5 and that’s the size I purchased him and they fit perfectly. He was looking for waterproof and so far so good. They look great and the leather is high quality. He said they were comfortable in his hike last night. So happy with my purchase.

I do love these boots. I have been cursed with narrow feet. I really need the "Narrow" or "B" width. This boot is available in Narrow by the half size ... but only up to 12. Guess who usually wears a 12 ½ B ... me! I bought the 13Narrow (B) and it is almost good. I will have to put innersoles inside the boot to take up that extra space.

These were comfortable and well sized, but not quite heavy duty enough to be my next pair of hiking boots. As others have noted it would be nice to have hooks instead of eyes on the upper 2 sets, but what is really needed (for hiking) is a slightly taller boot with another set of lace eyes to secure the ankle. The eyes are metal (good), soles also good.

The toe box was too small and the leather was very stiff, not good for my arthritic toes.
