I was in the market for black flats but I don't like the aesthetic of ballerina flats. I was entertaining dorsay flats but the pointed toe and strap detail sucked me into buying these shoes. The price was higher than I wanted to pay so i was hoping the quality was there to justify the cost. These are much better quality than your average flats. There is actually cushion and a little arch support. The material itself is real leather, not some cheapo pleather. I rarely buy wide shoes but my size 9 feet are on the wide side. The 9w fit perfectly, no breaking in period necessary. There is minimal toe cleavage (which I hate), which tends to be common with pointed shoes. If you are even slightly debating these shoes, do yourself a favor and order. You won't regret it!

I have been buying Naturalizer shoes for years, but these, from their new 27 Edit collection, are the best yet! They are much higher quality, more stylish, and sleeker than shoes from Naturalizer's regular line, and feel like leather shoes from one of those many luxe "direct to consumer" brands that are proliferating on the internet. The best part is that these come in a wide width. I wear a size 11W shoe, and finding pointy toe flats that actually fit--and don't look matronly-- is very difficult. BUT these shoes fit my feet perfectly right out of the box. I can't recommend them enough! I hope Naturalizer makes them in more colors!

This is a beautiful shoe and is very flattering on the foot. There is a surprising amount of support for a flat. I wear an 8 1/2 and it fits perfectly! This will definitely be my go-to black flat this season.

Very stylish and comfortable. Most of all, very packable. Used this for a cruise travel for evening events. Very comfortable flats that went well with my dress or pants suit!

Poor quality of leather! These are very comfortable shoes and stylish for a comfort brand such as Naturalizer. But I I have only worn them once, indoors, literally was dropped off at my office building in the morning and was picked up in the evening, so they had NO outside wear and the tips are already significantly scratched to the point that I can't wear them at work. I am very careful handler of my things, I have a simliar d'orsay model from Tory Burch that I've worn for over 4 years, and they look better than these after 1 wear. What a waste of $$!!!

I have long, narrow feet. The actual shoe part fit fine but the top strap was WAY too wide. You could see the space between it and my foot when I walked. Not even a close call.

beautiful shoe but runs large

Terrible fit. The shape of the last is very narrow and long, and to be clear I have narrow feet and have shopped Naturalizer for years because of this. Sizing up or down would not help. There was also a strong smell of solvents and glue when I opened the box. Not worth the price.

Darling black flats. My feet width has grown and these just weren't enough so I had to return. Quality leather. Seem like they would wear well.

Perfect work shoe for summer, especially if you don’t have time to get a pedicure (like me). Soft leather with decent arch support (doesn’t feel like a flip flop). Very comfortable. No blistering so far!

Received the wrong width

I had great hopes for these shoes, because they are darling. However, I'm sending them back for the following reasons. I ordered 8.5 Wide and they were too long; 8.5 has been my size for decades and is my size in other shoes. Next, the heel cut in to the back of my foot. Finally, I was surprised that the right shoes (I didn't unpack the left) had two small snags on the top of the toe area and a small dirt (or something) streak. I've never had that happen with Zappos before. Disappointing. I'll order some other style, but won't reorder these in a different size.

I liked the style of the shoes, cute and fairly comfortable.. unfortunately I listened to the reviews and ordered a 1/2 size up. It wasn’t necessary. Now I’ll have to put in a heel cushion.

Nice shoe but very pointed tip so a 1/2” size up is needed. Comfy and pretty!

Sad these didn't work out. For a flat shoe, they could be pretty but on my wide feet, even the wides were too narrow. My feet are a "true" wide, so this was unexpected.
