Flat as a pancake. No arch support. Great cushioning though, and seemed very flexible in terms of moving with your feet. Really would've loved these to work but I knew as soon as I put them on that my high arches had nothing to support them - an easy deal breaker for me.

Cute, Cute, Cute! I agree with the only other reviewer here today that there is no arch support. But I finally got an orthotic and no longer need to be concerned with that. Now my issue of concern with my NB's is cushioning and this shoe has it - enough to probably make me two inches taller! This is actually a sleek looking shoe and I have to say once again-Cute. I have the Wide and although the shoe looks narrow, its as wide a fit as all my other NB's. Here is the tricky part of NB's: sizing. I wear a size 7 pretty consistently in street shoes. In NB's I consistently wear 8.5 Wide. I would prefer a sized Wide in all of my shoes and always have to go with at least a generally wide fit. I would recommend at least going up a full size when you start out with a NB shoe. There is one feature of this shoe I don't like and that feature is the Star Trek appearing back ankle rising, pointy piece that goes up and beyond the back of my ankle. It feels bothersome in my try-on. I haven't actually worn the shoe yet and don't know if I will get accustomed to this ankle thing it or if it will maybe soften up some. It's not a deal breaker as the look of the shoe, otherwise, is great and it is very comfortable with my orthotic in place. I'm going to risk it and keep the shoe. I don't know what style sock to wear with this shoe when I wear it with bare calves, because I think the low-cut sport socks look odd with it. Wish I could get other customer suggestions on this issue.

The only thing I am disappointed in is the width. I got wide but they still feel a little tight, I am hoping once they get broke in they will be better. I am a nurse and use them for work and the support is great!

I have planters fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis and i am literally on my feet all day long. I wear these on a daily basis just for comfort . They feel amazing on my feet . I feel like I walking on air.

For me they were true to size. I ordered a 10, which is the size I usually order for myself, and they fit perfectly. I order the regular width.
They are very comfortable, they are not the softest shoe I have worn, but for exercising, they shouldn't be too soft.

These fit me extremely well. I have wide, flat feet and I wanted a sneaker that worked for me!
I sized up a full size from my normal 8.5 per other reviews and these fit me great. They’re fairly comfortable, extremely cute, and I’m looking forward to going on trail with them

I bought this after recently deciding to start jogging. they are surprisngly comfortable especially because I have wide feet. the issue i have with this shoe is that there is no tab to help you take on and off the shoe.
