These are the best socks for running and walking long distances! I highly recommend them and have been wearing them for years.

I love these socks. I have quite a few pairs. I use them every day on my 7 mile walk. Comfortable fit perfect. Heel stays on the heel. No blisters ever. Glad I tried them years ago.

Balega socks meet all of my walking needs. They don't slip, they wick and they don't rub my toes or heels. And, they last forever. I am still wearing Balega socks that I purchased about 10 years ago and they virtually show no wear. I purchased new ones because a person needs more than two pairs of walking/running socks.
