Started with M width...couldnt get toes in. Then tried W and still unable to put on. I can't find it in WW, but given how narrow the others were, I doubt that it would fit. I have lots of SAS and they are all M. I even ordered a half size up in loafer. Guess it's not meant to be. She appeared nicely made otherwise.

really nice loafer. I am normally a 7 1/2 or 8 wide. I ordered an 8 wide. So small/short, my toe was crinkled up against the top of the shoe. Sadly, I did order an 8 1/2 wide and they were too small as well. they both went back

I really appreciated the comfort and support this shoe provided. I like how it stayed on my foot and that there was a velcro strap to help with that. I had been told it felt like a cloud and it really was that comfortable. However, my feet are an odd size and even though it fit in length wise and it didn't slip off my heel it pinched my toes on the side. I would say that is user error more that the shoe error.

They are nice and when I ordered I knew they did not come in slim, only narrow. Sure enough they slip on my heel. I have inserted heel grips and plan on wearing heavy socks and hope ''tis will help. Won't make that mistake again.

I was disappointed as soon as I pulled theses shoes out of the box. They looked great, but I could tell by looking that they were not going to be wide enough. I have had really good experiences in the past with SAS sandals, so I was very hopeful that these would be true "2W" width shoes. It seems like they are a little wider than normal, but not wide enough.

Very narrow. Great looking shows, but a W looked like and fit like a narrow. Couldn't get my just-barely-wide foot in to try them on. Excellent SAS insoles (removable for orthotics).

they were so small I think they were marked wrong. My daughter wears an 8 M could not get her feet in them. The style was nice, good color,made well and I would like to get a pair that really felt like 9 1/2 W.

The sizing of the SAS products is confusing because of inconsistency between the different shoe types. I have ordered a WW in a ballet flat, and it is too wide, so I order a W in this loafer, and it is not wide enough. I actually needed to unbuckle the patent leather strap so as to fit my foot into the shoe. However a medium in their sandals is sufficient for me. Confusing and aggravating.

This was the first pair of SAS I ever tried. They were surprisingly attractive but I had to return them due to the seam around the toe box irritating my bunion and the heel slipped off slightly. I considered adding inserts but felt that the price was too high to have to make alot of adjustments, and risk discomfort.

I love the style of this shoe. Because I wear an ankle foot brace for foot drop it was not wide enough to accomodate the brace. I reprdered a WW and a size up. I hope they fit. Very hard for a woman to find beautiful, classy shoes when you wear a brace. I am sick of sneakers and big clunky out dated old lady shoes that do accomodate a brace. Help us!

These are not the SAS shoes from years ago. Too narrow, short in length, and after buying 12 different styles/pairs of only SAS shoes...not one of them fits properly. Some were wide in heel, too narrow in toe box area. A mish mash of shoes. They are all being returned. Does anyone have decent shoes these days?

I love the look of these shoes but I have been buying sas double ww and size 9. At first I thought I ordered wrong but no. These shoes feel 1 size to small and not nearly wide enough. Just taking them out of the box I could tell neither the length or width was what I’ve been buying. There is nothing on the shoe either where I can tell if the wrong size and width was sent.
