I have been a loyal customer for several years. Last year, I had an issue with an online order that showed to have delivered, but I never got. I tried many times in vain to get this resolved and was always told the same line of " we will investigate, then send out a new order with "signature required" delivery. that never happened and I was out $200. Needless to say their Customer Service is not up to the same standard of their shoes.

I love your huggy sandals and was hoping these shoes would have just as great arch support. They had NO ARCH support. Shame from a company who is supposed to be great for our feet!

Paid over $450 for this and a pair for my husband. Discomfort after the third day was horrible for both of us. Tried to return them tonight just to find out the only way they can be returned is if they haven’t been worn. Really disappointed

These are flat, hard and have no arch support. They felt like I was walking on hard cement, yikes..not for me. They have no bounce in the step, sketchers arch support has better shoes for less money, with airy bounce in each step allowing you to move faster and not feel so fatigued with each step. I normally wear a wide in women's but these are too wide.
