Customer Reviews Vera Bradley Laptop Organizer

I bought this a month ago and was excited to have found this Vera product. Unfortunately, the handle is not sewn down and it pops out of the tab and the laptop organizer fell to the ground. I reinserted the tab thinking it was a fluke occurrence however it happened again. My laptop is a very light weight laptop so it is definitely not due to weight and I do not carry anything other than a cord and mouse in the side pocket. This seems to be a bad design or else I have a faulty product. I would have also liked a larger side pocket with an ability to close it to secure the items. Very disappointed in this product.
