Really really disappointed with these boots as the quality has gone downhill. I purchased my boots directly from the Ugg website in August 2024. My daughter has worn them maybe 5 times in a span of 5 months and they started to rip at the seams! As you can see from other reviews, this is a known issue. I called and submitted pictures to file a warranty claim, and it was denied because they consider this "normal wear and tear" and "misuse." MISUSE?! I have 3 other pairs of Uggs and this has never happened. The quality of their boots is terrible now and they won't honor their one year warranty. I wish I could post my pictures here but of course they won't allow it. Just really disappointed with this company and I will no longer purchase Uggs, I'll stick with Bear Paw.

My boots do not look like uggs I've purchased in the past. Very flimsy and the sole is definitely thinner. The quality of the boot is not the same. Disappointed customer

I have many older pairs of uggs. This pair is completely different quality from past pairs. They are much lighter weight, sole is much thinner, feeling of the suede outside is much rougher/stiffer. Kind of shocked how much the quality has changed in just a few years.

these used to be my favorite shoes since they've changed ownership they are narrower, the inner lining is thinner.,the cushioning is less overall, it's not the same shoe. in addition, they are now substituting a pure sheepskin lining for UGG plush, which feels terrible and they're still charging us the same prices. Sad to say I will be looking for another company who makes sheepskin boots.

I think your Ugg products are Ugly. I bought as a gift, so my opinion is zero.

I bought these for my daughter in July of 2024. When the weather turned colder in October she started to wear these. By November of the same year, and less than a month of wearing these, they completely came apart at the seam. I sent them in for a warranty claim and it was denied because it was out of the warranty period. The same warranty period they say is for a year. So be aware that if you spend the money and get a bad pair, they will not honor their warranties.

I have gotten this product (kids specifically) many times over the years and have always been so happy with them until my most recent purchase. I think they must have changed the style which is honestly ugly. The shape is too long I don't even think sizing down would help and the fur is weird plus it doesn't hug your ankle.

This doesn't feel like my older uggs I purchased years agothey are definitely made with different material.

Toe rippped out the first time they were worn.

The material seems really thin. They scrunch by the toe, even though they fit perfectly. They look old, and I just got them. The sole also also feel VERY thin. Thinner than before when I've gotten Uggs before :/

A friend recommended I try a kids size 6 (I'm usually a 7.5-8 in women's).. size down because the kids size 6 feels like a women's 9-9.5. Very wide fitting and loose

I usually buy kids uggs instead of womens but they were so flimsy and cheap I had to return the immediately, looks like I'm going to have to order a women's pair

I purchased this shoe in two colors and both were faded. And unfortunately also sold out. I honestly cannot believe they shipped these out does anyone check for quality

I returned a pair of uggs bc they were big still and I decided to reorder a new pair smaller size this time. They fit loose as well and I know if I try a smaller size they will fit small. The shoes fit to fat for my feet and I have purchase these uggs plenty of times. Maybe it's the new style of the uggs. Length wise they are perfect. I can't really explain it but they don't make me feel comfortable

I ordered a size 6as a birthday girl. The left shoe was a size six and the right was a size 5. I returned it to receive and exchange and the size I needed wasn't available
