Quality has changed, so disappointing :(

I wear a women's shoe size 6. In Uggs, I know that they usually run big so I had opt for the kids size 6. Maybe I should've at least size down to a 5 but I was under assumption that the kids size would run smaller than the women's.

I got the mini boots in chestnut for my 11 year old for Christmas, after returning a pair of tasmans for her (too small). She was really excited about the boots, but opening her box you could tell their were stains and scrub marks on the boots like they were previously worn and cleaned before being sent to us, but somehow the sole looked brand new and unworn. She was really excited to have them though and didn't want to have to go through returning another pair so we're keeping them.

Spotted up and is hard to clean only had for 5 days already looks old

I normally wear a kids sz 6 but it was extremely too big! Exchanged it for a sz 5 and it's too big as well. I think they changed the sizing . So now I'm exchanging it for the sz 4! Hope it works!

I have purchased a similar Ugg boot, but this one just did not feel that good. They are super cute but the lining was shedding and it felt super flimsy. I'm not sure if it's the fact that it was a kids shoe?

it was unclear in the description online, but only after I went to take the sticker off of the bottom of the shoes did I notice that the lining was only 80% wool and 20% some material made from plastic, so I am returning the shoes as this was not listed in the description when I bought them. if you want 100% natural fiber lining, these are not the shoes for you.

If you have wide feet, the boots are not comfortable. That is the only downside about it

Unsure if I'm the only one who experienced this, but my mini's came looking a little off. The black color seemed almost washed out/worn/old. Instead of looking all black, the back of the shoe by the heel seemed brand new, while the rest of the shoe looked ashy/dusty. I will be exchanging this item for the same item in hopes of receiving a shoe that looks just like my old brand new pair & like the picture shown above! I love this fit and simple design. I hope the new shoes that arrive are exactly what I'm expecting.

shoes are very cool, the child wears with pleasure, everything is pleasant and everything is very convenient, the quality is super

They aren't as worn as they use to be I still have a pair from two years ago and they're way warmer. The tab on the back to help with putting them all is also not very sturdy mine broke already I'll need to find a shoe repair place to see if they can fix it given it that I've only had them a couple of weeks and worn them a half full of times.

I have been a customer for many years - always satisfied with Ugg. I bought these for my daughter and they feel so thin all around. These are not like anything I've purchased before. It seems like the material of the boot is cheap. Disappointed for how expensive they are.

I usually don't have issues with my shoes from you guys and I have spent tons lol but this particular pair I purchased for my daughter is not the same ugg material I'm used to the boot looked weird and the material didn't feel the same .

I love uggs, but the expectation is that i would receive a fresh pair when purchasing, when I received the boots, 1 was new with all the proper inserts and the other shoe had no inserts and creases in the front...I was highly disappointed...upon trying to exchange online...I received a notification that the item was out of stock in that particular size...which leads me to believe they sold me the last pair that had been on display and tried on a million times...the used shoe even felt different when I put both on together

They fit big

Wish I would have listened to the reviews. They were purchased as a gift so I am a few days outside the 30 day return which gets pushed to a warranty claim. I am not optimistic.

Fit is not to great. And color...do not like how lite they are..

The quality sucks. They are paper thing and folded within the first week of me wearing them. Ugg really disappointed me. These are poorly made.

Not used. Too big and are not Uggs. I want to return them for a credit.

Bought these for my daughter for her birthday, she wore them for a week and a half. The piping around the sole was shredded. And holes were forming on the sides. These are so cheaply made. I returned them. They werent even worn in snow or rain.

Sure! Here's your revised review with that added detail: I purchased the black UGG Mini boots and had to return them because the first pair looked worn and had a faded, grayish-black color instead of the deep black I expected. I exchanged them for another pair, but unfortunately, these were even worse. The color still wasn't true black, and the overall quality felt lower than what I'm used to from UGG. I'm not sure if the materials or dye have changed, but I'm really disappointed with this purchase. My "black" UGGs don't even look black, and they just don't meet the quality I expect. To make matters worse, I can't even exchange them again, which is extremely frustrating because I really just want a quality pair of black Ugg Minis.

Really really disappointed with these boots as the quality has gone downhill. I purchased my boots directly from the Ugg website in August 2024. My daughter has worn them maybe 5 times in a span of 5 months and they started to rip at the seams! As you can see from other reviews, this is a known issue. I called and submitted pictures to file a warranty claim, and it was denied because they consider this "normal wear and tear" and "misuse." MISUSE?! I have 3 other pairs of Uggs and this has never happened. The quality of their boots is terrible now and they won't honor their one year warranty. I wish I could post my pictures here but of course they won't allow it. They are also censoring reviews so I am trying to repost again.
