I used to be a HUGE fan of Dansko's Clogs when they were made in Europe. Over the years, the quality has gone way down and trying to get a good fit is a crap shoot. I stopped buying Dansko Clogs back in 2014. It was too frustrating and I returned every clog I tried. I really missed the comfort and support I used to have from my older Dansko's, so I decided to give Sanita a try. The Everly are really nice, comfortable and solid shoes made in Poland (not China like Dansko's). They have excellent arch support and are really nice shoes to walk in. The strap adjustment is an actual buckle strap, which I like. I think when one is paying $$$ for shoes, they should NOT have velcro straps. Once the strap was adjusted, I could slip them on and off - I did not have to buckle and unbuckle each time. This is a nice plus for me but would not have been a deal breaker if I did. What I did not like was the area around the toe box was not as roomy as one would expect from a Clog style shoe. I don't want to say it was tight, because it was not, but it was more of a snugger than looser fit. Clogs, and I have owned many of them, have more room in the toe box area. I want to mention I do NOT have wide feet at all, so this really surprised me. I could have kept the Everly, but I also ordered another pair of Sanita's at the same time; the style is called Margrethe. A bit different, but really liked these and there was the perfect amount of room in the toe box area. The Everly and the Margrethe are different enough - the Margrethe more casual with the waxed leather and the open back and the Everly more dress style with the cabrio leather, had the Everly had the same comfort level in the toe box as the Margrethe, I would have kept them both. The Bordeaux and Black combination on the Everly is subtle and I liked the combination. Unfortunately, I did have to return the Everly only because of the toe box area. This is why I gave the overall rating a 4 star. Thank you Zappos for such great customer service. It is greatly appreciated!

The coloring in this is not as pictured. It has several colored spots in it which make it look like it is defective. Please see attached photo.

The shoe was absolutely adorable. I loved the dual color combination, but I had to return the pair because the heel area was huge. I had a good 1/2” surrounding my heel on both sides and in the back. The front of the shoe was a perfect fit. Even with the strap tightly looped, my foot was still flopping around. I really wish that they had fit.

I purchased these 8 months ago and they are showing more wear than the marcelle mary jane style. The area in the front is now mostly red instead of dark red after I stopped putting black polish on them about 4 weeks ago

The shoe is really cute and the insole is so soft and comfortable but the heel was so wide that my foot slipped around and was unable to sget a grip on the shoe

I don't like the irregular strange red marks on the front that I know are part of the design but they look like something spilled on them. Loose in the heels.

They are more cushy than Dansko but just a bit narrow in the toe box for my wider feet. The color is super off. The burnished effect is not done well and too distinctive making it look like two separate shoe styles.

a bit narrow through the forefoot than expected; Also the almost looks like it's been redyed. There are obvious scuff or missed areas where red dye shoes through the blackish/red dye. Disappointing as I have been searching for Mary Jane style clogs.

I normally wear dansko but they stopped making my favorite style so I gave these a try since they are similar. I ordered a 41 even though I normally wear a 40 trying these on they were way too big. The width was ok but when you walked it felt really loose.

I have worn Sanita and Dansko clogs (including Mary Janes) almost exclusively for years, and these just fit weird. I ordered my standard size, but my toe hit the end of the shoe and the heel had way more room than the rest of my clogs. I worried that if I went up a size to get more space in the toe box the heel would be even slippier than it already was. They are super cute but unfortunately are being returned.

Listen to the other reviews!! I ignored them thinking I would get a good pair. Nope. The shoe polish easily rubs off to show a bright red shoe underneath. I can't believe Zappos hasn't pulled these from inventory yet. They're going back ASAP. Bummer.

I have wide feet, these shoes felt snug across the top, but probably would have kept anyway. I'm just disappointed about this overall style. The dark color scraped off to show a bright red under seems janky to me and wasn't shown in the online pictures. It was not the look I was going for.

They wear like clogs, most of the fit and support through the arch and the heel is allowed to slip slightly. Very cute and the color goes with a variety of outfits!

Kind of big, little wide too. I’m going to try an insole to take up some room. I was horrified when I got some food on them, wiped it off, then a rather bright orangey-red appeared from underneath. I had to wipe the rest of the dark finish off of the toes and re-polish them with multiple layers of black polish to get them back to the dark burgundy color I fell in love with. So, yes, I like them, but definitely not worth the price when it comes with that much shock factor and upkeep.

These were too small, crushing my toes although the pros and margarethe's in the same size were fine. Too bad because they were very cute. Unfortunately, both these and the margarethe's felt flat compared to the pros so they are going back.

The best quality I have purchased in a long time. Well cushioned. Comfy!

I love these shoes, they are so comfortable I want to wear them constantly. They have a much softer sole than another brand of clogs I have and are far more comfortable and light. I’m converted. The dark burgundy is really nice and almost black, and it seems like the burgundy will show through more with wear.

These are super cute shoes. Unfortunately, they were a whole size too big! I would have ordered the smallest size, however, this company does not make them in a size 5.

Very much not slip resistant. Slicker than any other shoes I own. I am also concerned about the other reviews commenting on how the surface of the shoes wears with time, so I am returning them.

Agree here with other reviews which complain about the colour of these being waaaaaaay off. The toes are extremely red (not bordeaux) and the rear uppers are black, which gives a really bizarre effect. I really wanted wine-coloured shoes so they would go with a wider variety of clothing, but the toe caps basically makes that impossible and I'm not a shoe-polish person so I have no idea how to correct the issue....and I shouldn't have to; they should have just come correct, right out of the box. Over several months of wear (because it only makes sense to leave reviews after wearing anything for several months!) the toe caps have only gotten redder and redder. But in all fairness this is the first time, over multiple pairs of Sanitas spanning many years, that I've ever had to lodge a complaint of any kind. That aside, the quality in fabrication and in comfort is what I am accustomed to from Sanita--excellent and worth the money. I was worried about the microfibre sole lining--I prefer leather--but it works just fine.

I ordered the next size down and stretched the width, now they fit perfectly! Yes the heel I loose, but that is how clogs are supposed to fit.so cute and comfortable!

I loved everything about the shoe except the color. I thought it was a shoe with more burgundy as shown on the website. Am so disappointed!

I typically wear an 8/8.5M. Based on my experience with the Sanita Margrethe (size 39 felt like a size 7), I ordered a size 40. They were huge. Seemed like a size 10.

Way too big and the black polish was coming off all over inside the box. Terrible. The shoes were bright red with black streaks that got on my hands when I pulled them out of the box to investigate. Extremely disappointing. Not the quality I was expecting for $140 shoes.
