I was only able to wear them for 1 hour in my shift, they are not comfortable at all and have no arch support. Even though I use my insoles, they have left me with great pain in my little toes and on the sole. I really need another model of shoe to work.
I want to receive a pair of Reebok BB4500 Work SD, tall 11.5 E-Wide, in replacement of these shoes

Good God these things are uncomfortable. The insoles are no hard it's like walking around without any shoes at all. They be anti-fatigue because they make your feet hurt so much you forget about being tired. No arch support to speak of whatsoever. I know they are work shoes/boots, but I'd expect a little more out if Timberland on that front. I've been wearing them for two weeks and no change, so I will either have to get some good insole replacements or find another brand to go with. I consider these a waste of money. I gave them two stars only because the size and width seemed to be correctly stated and they look good.

I will use these shoes for work. I like the design. I dislike the way the shoe fits around the ankle feels uncomfortable stitching digs into foot.

They're too small. The last ones I order fit. The composite toe hurts the top part of my toes when I try to walk in them. When I wore my last timberland pro's before I ended up with blisters and super sore big toe's.
I'd also recommend:
Not so much a brand as a softer cushion between the toes & composite toe insert.

The ONLY positive is the style! This is my second pair of Timberland PRO shoes I bought as I'd like to give it second chance. It failed me, again.
The Composite Safety Toe could be slightly wider with additional cushioning as I think my bunions are normal. They do not feel wide at all even I chose "wide". My feet start feeling fatigue to pain to numb towards the end of a 10-hour shift. Last but not least, it would be better if the tongue is shorter or either make with thicker cushion or softer lining. The tongue and heel collar hurt my ankle.

Put them on, took them off, back in the box. Big lumps pushing on my feet from the sides. Wouldn't wear for a minute let alone 10 hours a day.

I'm not happy with the shoe at all. I can't wear them to work for 10hrs a day on concrete floors. They feel very cheap and the material feels like a hard plastic feel. Just not a comfortable shoe at all. My steel toe timberland boots are way more comfortable.

These boots are a poor design .hurt the soles of your feet and once you take them off to go to bed the next morning your feet hurt.
Never had an issue with timberland boots before.

True to size, Very comfortable. The reason for the poor rating is the fact that the sole wore out in less than 3 months.

They are not comfortable like how some reviews say. I am on my feet for 8hrs and they hurt. They need more cushion inside ,especially if you are working on a concrete warehouse floor.

Can't say I that like them.
These shoes are too narrow and create pressure points on my big and little toes. I got a blister on the side of my toe after an especially intense shift. I have narrow feet, and I'm very comfortable in all other width D shoes that I've worn, but not in these.
The carbon safety toe part feels solid in terms of protection - also meaning that I don't expect that it will ever break-in. It will continue to be narrow for my feet and create problems. Hence only 1 star for comfort.
I don't trust the anti-fatigue footbed claim. My feet got tired and heels hurt after each day of walking on concrete floor in these shoes, much more than in regular running shoes.
I added Profoot inserts (see image), and that made A LOT of difference. The combination of these shoes + inserts was more comfortable than regular running shoes + same inserts. My feet don't hurt or get tired anymore. Somehow, it even alleviated the narrow width problem, but only to some degree - I got the blister I mentioned earlier after adding the inserts.
These shoes are not as breathable as regular running shoes. I guess this is to be expected, given all the protection designed into the shoes.
The sole is a bit slippery on a typical warehouse polished concrete floor. Again, more so than in regular running shoes.

They are relatively comfortable however if static electricity is an issue DO NOT BUY THESE. I get shocked more with these than any other show I've had in 13 years.

Shoe felt at least a half size smaller, width was narrower. It had some arch support, however, the arch did not fit me in the right place. Also, the sole felt so hard. It had no cushion and I'm on my feet all day. I had to return these shoes. I normally buy New Balance, but these did not work for me.
