very wide/open around the ankle

Shoe is very cute. I felt like it was a bit too narrow for my fit.

Had to return. Almost didn't get the shoe I tried onto my foot because it was hard to put my foot in without a zipper. The toe box was too narrow - but the heel too loose and one step forward I nearly fell out of the single toe that I tried on. Because of the brand I had confidence and thought that a more pointed toe shoe would be fine but apparently not. The shoes appearance though is cute.

The fit is somewhat short and somewhat wide though still wearable. Ideally, I would like to have these in a 7.5 N but it seems no one makes any sort of boot in N so I have to settle. I like the look and style and was hoping to find black ankle boots that were not too dressy and not too casual, which is exactly what these are.

So very cute but so very extremely narrow. These are stylish but the toe box would better fit a narrow foot rather than a normal foot. Disappointed. Returned

The top of the shoe was not very flexible. I rated due to the inflexibility. However, the style was great.

These Boots are absolutely adorable but you will be very uncomfortable in the toe box area if you have normal or wide with feet. The toe box is extremely skinny for the size. I am so sad I have to return them.

They're really cute! But the back of mine started falling apart after only six months of wear :/ I typically wear an 8 and I got an 8.5 since a lot of reviews mentioned it being on the smaller side... but I thought that the shoes I got felt a little too big so I'm assuming if I wore my actual size it would've fitted better.

This boot really needs a zipper, I couldnt get my foot in and I didnt want to force it b/c that would ruin the structure of the shoe. I bet people who have low or no arch wouldnt have a problem

Very stylish but way too narrow.

I thought I would like the gray cloth but not with jeans and I'm not much for leggings which these probably would've been cute with.

Way too narrow for my liking and the color was not as bright as the photo shows. Looks like a muted brown color. Not what I was looking for.

Good shoe but when I opened it had white hair on and inside the shoe. No one in my home has that. It appeared to had already been tried on or taken back and sold as new. This was my first Zappos order. Not the best experience. 3stars....

beautiful shoes, just a little narrower than I would like

I wanted to love these because they are so cute but unfortunately they hurt! They felt just a bit narrow and pinchy when I first tried them on but I went with them and by the end of the day, my feet were killing me. It could be that 1/2 size up would do the trick.
