Don't love it, not comfortable. I ended up with bandage

my daughter was hoping for comfortable flats and was willing to sacrifice a bit on style. she got little style and no comfort.

I had a feeling that the raised "tab" on the back of the heel would be a problem. My first day wearing them to work, I went through 2 pairs of band aids before I had even left the house, as this tab was digging into the thin skin above my heels. When I got to work, I had to absolutely hobble to the first aid kit where I grabbed a bunch of band aids and gauze pads. By this time, the backs of these shoes had already broken the skin by rubbing up against my Achilles tendon. So new bigger band aids went on, and I folded the gauze pads and taped them into the back of the shoe. Finally I could walk without wanting to cry. Otherwise, these shoes are extremely comfortable! LOL. I knew there would be a breaking in period, but I didn't factor in broken skin within just a few minutes of walking. I had manually bent and folded the backs of these shoes as much as I could, but it didn't make a difference. I'm keeping the shoes, I'm just going to invest in the thick gel band aids that are hard to remove until the leather is softer on the back of the heel. Just something to keep in mind if you purchase these!!

The great: these slim, sleek shoes still provide enough support so my hips and knees aren't crying at the end of the day. The terrible: the high backs chafed against my ankles so much that I developed calluses. A simple fix using kitchen scissors made these shoes perfect. If only they were designed like that to begin with.

This seemed to be a nice shoe but I didn't like the shape of the toe; just a personal preference. It didn't look good on me so I sent it back. If you don't mind a toe that's "very rounded" these will be great. I bought my normal size 7 and the fit was perfect. I didn't have these on long but it seemed like they would be very comfortable.

I was really disappointed in these shoes. I expected more from Dr. Scholl's. These had virtually no arch support, and I could immediately feel my feet turning out, and I could see my arches on the sides. They are cute shoes, and if support is not important for you, you may really find these perfect. They fit true to size. I got the gray, which was a pretty color. They will be going back.

These flats will destroy the back of your ankles. I wore Band-Aids with these flats for about a week hoping it your loosen up the back of the shoe. Nope still rubbing. I am returning.

I wanted these shoes to work so badly. I’m struggling to find a simple, comfortable black flat. This shoe started out ok, but by the end of the day, the back of my heels were ripped to shreds, and my little toes hurt immensely.

Very low quality. Runs at least 1/2 size larger than my size. Very wide. Support is hard. The shell of the shoe looks like it’s plastic and cheap. Rather surprised at the multiple levels of disappointment.

Size OK but they felt sloppy on my feet. When taking a step they puckered out each side by arch. Returned and ordered a Clarks that felt much better. Pleased with speedy reimbursement and pleasant attentive phone rep.

I ordered these for my daughter to wear to my mother's funeral. She wears an 11. These were AT LEAST a full size too big -- she looked like she did when she was little and wearing my shoes.

Returning these shoes as a size 9 was ordered but a size 11 was what was sent and delivered. I look forward to re-ordering and having the correct size sent and delivered.
