Really really wanted these to work. They are so cute with dresses. Unfortunately the left slouch mare the zipper rubbed. I kept trying...but accepted defeat and returning. Thought about exchanging, but didn’t have my size.

I really like the style and fit of these shows. However, if you have plantar fasciitis as I do, the very low heel with little arch support won't work for you. If the heel were an 1/2 inch higher and there was more arch support I would have loved these. I hate it, but I have to send them back.

Narrow a few inches back from the point of the toe. Material would hold up well but would not expect enough break-in for comfort.heel adds some arch comfort but no significant arch support in footbed.

Beautiful boot! I need a flatter surface and the boot was not tight enough in the heel.

Boots are beautiful, but run small. I had trouble getting my foot into them, and when I finally did, they were pinched, hence the low comfort rating. They might be more comfortable if you buy them a size larger than you need. I'm returning them.

Love these boots but unfortunately the circumference of the shaft is a little big for me. I do have small legs so on the average/larger person they should be perfect. I do think I probably would also have been happier with a 1/2 size larger.

I'm glad I read all the reviews, here's mine. I normally wear a 7.5 wide, after reading the reviews I ordered the 8.5 m, because the shoe doesn't come in w, I tried on the shoe with thick socks, it was a perfect fit, I am very pleased with my purchase, and most of all pleased with how fast they were delivered, thank you Zappos, you guys rock.

Really like the lines and style, but wasn't a fan of the two tone (gray suede and camel leather) in person. I ordered the all-leather version as well, which were stiffer; the fit on these was much better.

I normally wear a size 8 and size 8 fits well. Pros are that these boots are cute, waterproof, and comfortable. However, they are not warm. If you are looking for your primary winter boots to hike around a snowy city or campus in, move along. Also, these boots are not super heavy/chunky and would look great with a dress or skirt.

I ordered these because it is hard to find a cute mid calf leather boot where the shaft doesn’t flare out at the top. I wear a solid size 6 and these are a bit tight around the toe box. I am also petite and slim and the calf is borderline too tight. Also the leather doesn’t seem of a high quality and the zipper catches, which makes me think it won’t last long. Order a half size up and if you have larger calves, don’t bother. Otherwise these are really cute.

I really liked these boots and wanted to keep them, however they fit like they were wearing me, I wasn’t wearing them!!!! Being petite and I have a rather thin foot which I am sure affected the fit.

looked like these had been worn before. size too big. leather although was waterproof looked synthetic. will not buy these again.

The height of the boot was not flattering on me, but I would have kept them anyway if they had been comfortable. Felt like there was no padding. My feet hurt just trying to wear them around the house. I would have needed one or two pairs of gel inserts... not worth the trouble or expense.

I really wanted to keep these boots but the texture of the two different boots was noticeably different. One was smooth and the other was not. They clearly did not match. I sent them back.

The size runs about one size smaller than typical. Loved them so much but had to return only to find out they were sold out of anything over a 6.5.

Had high hopes since l love the Sofft brand of shoes but these boots seem to run narrow and were very tight across my foot. Sadly, will be returning.
