I have a high instep so it was a little rough getting these on. The leather is so soft that it didn't take very long for them to loosen up, though. There is some serious cushioning in the footbed, which was wonderful! I wore them all day and my feet were comfortable. My only issue is with the zipper. I have large ankles and the top of the zipper rubbed against my ankle. I was wearing no-show socks, so I could have prevented that by wearing taller socks. If you have average ankles, you probably won't notice this at all. Overall, I'm glad I got these. The studs give them an edgy look, which I love!

I tried these and the Cobb Hill Gratasha boot and ended up keeping these. I’m between a 7.5 and an 8 in most shoes. The fit of the 7.5 right out of the box was almost too snug across the ball of my foot, but the length seemed right. I nearly went with the size 8 due to the tightness across the front, but I’m glad I kept these. After a night of wearing them to work (mostly standing and walking), the leather softened up and they are perfect now. I almost always wear a medium width and these were the same. Arch support is moderate. Not quite high enough to be *perfect* for my medium- to high-arched feet, but high enough that my feet feel supported and comfortable, even spending all day in the shoes. The rubber soles are also quite comfortable. The style is edgy without adding a bunch of weight to the shoe. Perfect for those who like the moto style but don’t need the protection of actual motorcycle boots.

I needed a pair of booties for my son's wedding and thank goodness Zappos ships so quickly! The other pairs I'd tried (Sam Edelman) were simply too narrow--even in a size wide--but these felt doable for the event. The style is fantastic and the color is perfect for fall. I so wish more great-looking boots came in wide width for ladies with problem feet.

I really love the look of these boots, they are super cute. I was really hoping they would work out, but unfortunately, I had to send them back. Every time I took a step, the buckle would make a clinking sound, which started to get on my nerves. They also felt like they were a 1/2 size to big.

Very happy with these boots. They are cute, fit well and comfy. Some cushioning, not as much as expected based on other reviews. Love the leather and they seem well made. Look forward to wearing again.

These check all the boxes!!! Sofft brand never disappoints, and Zappos is the best. These boots are comfy right out of the box- a must for me. I have wide feet and run between size 7-9 depending on the brand. Size 8 in this was just right. I was looking for something that could be worn with jeans but also dressed up with a dress or romper. And nothing too high heeled because comfort is everything. These are perfect!

I love the style and fit of these boots. I bought the black ones in a 6 1/2, which is my normal size. At first I thought they might be too narrow, but after wearing them for one day they seem fine. There is not enough room for my orthotics, but there is some moderate arch support, which helps. The heel height is just right. I love the overall height of the boot, although the inside zipper does rub a little on my ankle, but not too much. I definitely recommend these cute boots.

The leather was soft right out of the box! Quality was just what I was hoping and I put them on immediately. I've been shopping for over a year to find a pair of boots that I can wear daily. This is the first pair I've found that felt so comfortable the first day! They were tight when I first put them on but stretched nicely within the first couple hours. I'm very happy with my choice!!

I really wanted to not like these so I could return them and save money but darn, they were just way too cute. The color of the mosto red is gorgeous, the buckles add style . I really like them and so did my teenagers which is a rare find. I am a true 7 in just about everything and the 7medium fit perfect . I have narrow feet so if you have real wide feet they might be uncomfortable

I was looking to replace my dearly loved and much worn b.o.c. boots that are no longer available in the style I liked. These boots are it. The heel is the perfect height, the leather soft and they are easy to get on and off and most important, they are comfortable for all day wear. They are also super cute. Love them!

This little black bootie has an attitude along with a sleek leather toe style going for it. The strap and studs add interest without being gaudy. I usually wear a narrow size (8A) in shoes though I prefer a medium in a bootie shoe. The fit is absolutely perfect. The leather is substantial but soft enough to bend with your foot when walking. Great boot heel that adds to the overall appearance. I also own a pair in the light camel suede color. The leather is softer with this one due to the material itself. Both are a size medium and both fit very well. Because they fit as a shoe, I did not upgrade the size 1/2 up as I usually do with a tall boot that might use a thicker sock. Very happy with this selection.

I had to size up from a 9.5 to a 10 to get enough width across the ball of my foot, and I'm still hoping the leather will give a little there. Larger size makes the heel roomier than I would like, but so far it seems to stay on my foot well enough. I like the style.

This booty is perfect it’s soft has our support a low heel and the color black and the gunmetal color studs are a perfect combination to go with any outfit

I wore the shoe right out of the box and went shopping at the mall. They were so comfortable and soft with great arch support love them I only wish I could get them in the red suede too in my size

These boots are my go-to for days where I need cute AND also need good ones for mileage. I know pulling them on that I will be able to be in them all day without my feet getting sore or tired. I kind of hate the company's name ("Sofft"), as to me it implies geriatric no-fashion shoes, but they really DO have stylish shoes/boots, and they ARE soft and very comfortable! Can't argue with that!

Fit good-snug in the front but will stretch out with wear--not painful. Loved this--had a hard time returning but arch support, for me, moderate to low--though the shoe is very well cushioned. Don't want to stretch it out and fine that the arch is not good enough. Must look elsewhere.

Love the bling, very hip and young. Felt comfortable as soon as I took them out of the box. I went to get heel guards in them to keep the heel not wearing down quickly.

Love the style, and they're the perfect heel height to have a little bit of a heel but still be comfortable for walking. Felt tight across the foot on one boot, but I believe that's relaxing a little as I wear them. Interestingly (as I read one reviewer said she sent them back because of the buckle jangle-ing): I'd ordered 2 sizes to try, and on one pair the buckles made noise, and on the other pair they didn't. While I was wearing them away from home for the first time I noticed there's a weird dent in on the toe area of the right boot, but sadly I guess I can't exchange them as I've already worn them outside. . .

These are almost perfect. My only issue is the toe box was a little narrow. I don't consider myself to have a wide foot, but these rubbed my little toe. The style is cute and the quality is fantastic - they are really nicely made and really great leather.

I didn’t notice it when I first put them on, but the heel of the right boot was tilted toward the inside. After a couple hours of wearing these boots around the house, my right foot and ankle were screaming. I think my ankle was trying to correct for the tilt. The next day, my right knee joined the chorus and started aching as well. One other reviewer mentioned this same problem, so either I got the pair she returned or this is a thing. Which is too bad, because I love the style and was really looking forward to wearing these.

I loved the detailing but the shoes were too wide.
