Very high quality. I normally don't spend this much on shoes, but haven't been happy with what i get in the $80-$120 range anymore, and I had a promo. I wasn't sure if these would be worth it, but i'm definitely keeping them. Sharp looking, despite the slightly rugged sole. Full leather lining, removeable footbed, more cushion than a typical dress shoe. Firm leather fits well out of the box, and I expect it will break in like a dress shoe.

This is my 2nd pair of Samuel Hubbard Tipping Point shoes (black and now brown). They’re extremely comfortable and good for all day wear and die travel....especially if you have a wide foot.

I’ve worn Ferragamos for years; but, I needed something less constrictive, with a wider width....because I’m now spending more time than ever before wearing a suit (and therefore needing to wear dress shoes all the time). The Hubbard Tipping Points are exactly what I needed. They provide all day comfort and allow me wear dress shoes every day without the experience being uncomfortable. I liked my first pair-in black- so much that I ordered a second pair in brown. The Ferragamos are now retired! I highly recommend these for anybody with a wide foot who is seeking comfort without having to compromise on style. From a practicality perspective, I love the fact that these come with Vibram soles.

Very pleased. For a dress shoe with a little more support and traction I feel like I made very little sacrifice in style. Quite comfortable.

These shoes are amazingly comfortable, right out of the box. I am going to get a second pair in brown. They are a little spendy, but you get what you pay for. I will need to shine them, but that's OK. :)

These shoes were recommended by my orthopedist. I needed a firm wide toe box to deal with Morton's neuroma, and they fit well. The toe box does not flex as much as other shoes, so it doesn't put as much pressure on the ball of the foot.

Great shoe that wears well. Overall, this is a great looking shoe that lasts. You might pay more in the beginning but you will get your money’s worth.

Very happy with these. I was a little hesitant to purchase them because I saw a pair for $200 less that looked very similar in style but I'm glad I spent the money. I walk a lot in these shoes and they're very comfy, great construction, and not made in a sweatshop. I expect to get a lot of life out of these.

I bought these shoes for my husband and had him try them on before I told him the price, he instantly fell in love with the look and feel of the shoes and that definitely softened the shock of the price tag. I don’t know how but these make my husband’s size 15 W feet look less giant. Super stylish beyond comfortable and excellent materials, I definitely would recommend

This is the second pair of the these I buy for my husband who has a wide foot and is very picky with shoes. He really likes these. He says they are very confortable.

Purchased these shoes to see if they would fit my husband’s very wide foot. He raves about the comfort and quality of the shoe and they look very modern and stylish. He is very hard on shoes- after about six months of wear these are still in great shape. He will be a repeat customer!

Sharp and comfortable wing tips for someone with wide feet. Not easy to come by.

These are well worth the money. Never had more compliments on a shoe. I occasionally wear an 8.5 in dress shoes, but typically an eight. These fit as an eight and not tightly. Room for more casual socks. So I wouldn’t order down, but when in doubt order the smaller.

This is my first pair of Hubbards. Love love love them. Super comfortable. Substantial sole. Good foot bed. Got compliments the first day I wore them. I will be back for more.

Poorly sized for the price. Narrow despite wide designation.

Shoe uses disappointingly low quality leather. Arrived with numerous scratches and imperfections, which I would associate with $50 shoes. Definitely not worth $250.

I am so sorry to order these shoes and then return it as the size is just not right as it feels a full size smaller.
