Wide footed ladies, rejoice! Let me count the ways I LOVE these shoes. So I have the dreaded wide feet with a slim heel that are crazy hard to fit. Almost nothing cute or stylish comes in a wide width, so I am forever alternating between buying shoes that fit but are kinda dowdy, or cramming my feet into shoes that are either a) too narrow and rub my big and pinky toes and give me blisters after an hour or so wear, or b) too big because I sized up to get more width, so I end up with blisters in other places because I compensate in my gait to keep them on my feet. These shoes, however, run true to size in length but wide in width, so they are PERFECT. I usually order sneakers in both my true size (6.5) and a half size up (7) to compare, but the only size I could find in the colorway I wanted them in (white/navy/green) was 6.5, so I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. They were so comfy right out of the box that I went on a mile long dog walk in them, and then proceeded to wear them all day while walking around the campus of my daughter's large, spread out high school for Parents' Day. Not a single blister or hot spot...just total comfort! And did I mention that they are cushioned and offer good support? Usually "cute" sneakers leave a lot to be desired in this department, but these are fantastic in that regard! And the best part? I got compliments on them from my daughter's teenage friends! Just BUY THESE if you can find them in your size...you won't regret it!

These shoes are very cute but very stiff to wear. I have only worn them occasionally and they are already falling apart, poor craftsmanship.

I love the look of these shoes. The material is a bit stiff but maybe they will break in. Here’s the thing, literally the first day I wore them I saw these strange spots and marks on them. It appears to be where the shoe is bending. I tried to rub it off but I looks like it’s a defect in the material. Kind of bummed, I love them but if this is what they look like after one wear how will the hold up? Maybe I got a defective pair.

Straight away these shoes were very uncomfortable, stiff and caused tenderness on my feet. After breaking them in slowly for a few days they ended up being pretty comfortable.

First the good news. Ranking them on style alone, these shoes are cute as a button! They are wider in the toe box than traditional tretorns, which is wonderful for me. I have narrow heels but prefer a wider toebox as I have some bunion action happening. The material used is really cool--a really dense, tight weave of some sort, tighter and with more of a sheen than canvas, appearing almost like a leather. And the sizing seems pretty spot-on: I wear a 6.5 in dress shoes and 7 in sneakers (a 7.5 in running shoes and winter boots). I ordered the 7 and they fit perfectly. NOW FOR THE BAD NEWS, which may result in me returning them: They are stiff as a BOARD! This stiffness--or the fact that they don't bend as your foot walks--is aggravated by a super slippery interior footbed and heel, which means they slip up and down on my heels as I walk. If I keep them, I'd need to find grippy adhesive to put in the heel. And I'm not a fan buying shoes I need to modify. If I dropped down in size to eliminate the slippage, this shoe would be too short. In the picture I attached, I'm wearing black no-show running socks. You can see the sock slightly. This shows you how low along the sides these shoes are.

Super cute. Super comfy. Blast from the past. 10/10 would recommend.

The sizing was great, there is plenty of room and they didn't run short like I feared they might. I saw these in a Draper James ad where Reece Witherspoon was wearing them and I had to have them. They were sold out, but luckily they were restocked and I'm so happy I was able to snag a pair. I got the white ones and the fabric is very substantial and keeps any moisture out.

These are the cutest shoes! Yes, as some reviews stated, these are a material side with leather logo and and around the laces, which makes them really lightweight. I didn't think I would like the laces, but they looked great with shoes. Unfortunately, I have to return as they were far too narrow in toe box area for me. What a bummer! Tretorn! Please, make a wide!!!

I have to admit I didn't even try them on. I guess I should've read the description more carefully because from the picture I thought these would be all leather - the aren't. The majority of the shoe is nylon and I just didn't like the look. Too bad because it's otherwise a cute shoe.

I wore this brand of shoes in the 80s so I was stoked find a pair on Zappos. The canvas was a tighter weave than I remembered but it doesn’t impact the west or fit. The only issue o have is that they feel slightly more narrow (and I have a narrow foot) and caused the side of one foot to hurt on the initial wear. Once I loosened the laces and wore them longer, they felt better.

Love these shoes. Runs a little big so if you're in between sizes, size down.

I love these shoes! Cute retro/vintage look and great fit. I had tried many of the more expensive sneakers and am so happy I tried these :)

The shoe leather was more stiff and the sides came up and hit the ankle bone in a bad spot. Not the same shoe as my old tretorns

These shoes are cute but as hard as a rock.

I was disappointed with the quality of these shoes. I opened the box to find the outsole and the "leather" on the shoe was yellow and not white like pictured online. Will be returning.
