These are much stiffer than my old Flex Appeal 2.0 shoes. I wear these for general training at the gym (weights, cardio, Zumba). I like the memory foam cushioning. But the over all body of this new 3.0 is much stiffer. When I'm done working out, feet ache after my gym sessions. I can't give these a thumbs up. If I were to choose, I would go back to my old Flex Appeal 2.0 sneakers as they have more give and do not cause my feet to ache.

In all fairness, I can really only rate comfort based on how the shoe feels with my orthotic inserted. Skechers are a love/hate relationship for me. There is a lot of variability in the same style/same size and I happened to get lucky with this pair of Flex Appeal 3.0. The shoe, in terms of style, is standard issue. There is nothing special about the style other than the snazzy aqua shoe laces (which would be nice if they didn't have a tendency to stretch and draw dirt. They also like to not stay tied, despite double knotting and reverse tying them.) The comfort is where I get sold. I have been a die-hard Mizuno and Brooks fan for years, but in the last year my feet asked me for a little more forgiveness and cush. I bought a pair in South America while traveling and my feet were so much happier. I don't know that I will be a Skechers fan for life, but for now they are giving me what I need with my orthotic for support (I tear out the insoles and insert the orthotic for best results).

ordered two pair of skechers this one and the flex appeal go forward. Loved the color of this one! But it was way to small. Had to send it back. Not sure if it was missed marked...

Love these wear them for work and they are amazing!

Great shoes! Got these a year ago and they still have held up even after working all summer. Very comfortable for work or walking/running!!

This is my 3rd pairs, I had first one a while back, worn them to work almost every day. They are light and very comfortable and perfect fit for me. I like them so much I bought same style in different color(the other one is black and blue)

i am a fan of Sketchers because I walk a lot and these provide great support for everything from paths to streets to rougher trails. This pair is up to usual high standards but I usually wear 8.5 and needed a 9 in this shoe.

I'm a size 7 but for years my feet have been hurting so I bought 7 1/2 since my last pair were tight this took like a week to get use too and my feet feel great no more pain.

As soon as I put them on and began walking I felt a burst of energy. Great shoes for people who are on their feet all day.
