Very narrow and uncomfortable

I needed a men's shoe. They need to label it better. I exchanged it at one of the stores.

Prepare for discomfort if you don't size up. I have only worn them twice because they hurt so much

after seeing the other 5 star reviews, I am MORE sad to report that I hate my pair so much. my work required I purchase these. after a few weeks of wearing them for 30 hours a week, I am sad to say I HATE these shoes. when do they break in?? they are SO uncomfortable. they do not breathe. I have actually not bought a pair of shoes this bad in a long time. its almost like it wasnt made for a foot!

I've purchased over a dozen Cole Haan shoes in the past few years. I love this classic design, so I recently bought a new pair to replace an exactly same pair I got several years ago. The new shoes are much narrower than before. I'm slim and my weight hasn't changed in years, and my feet are not wide - I don't have a problem fitting into shoes of other brands. Yet Cole Haan shoes are now too narrow and uncomfortable for me, and that seems to be a general trend with all Cole Haan shoes now. I recently tried on quite a few different Cole Haan shoes, and nothing fit me anymore. Very sad. I'd love to get more Cole Haan shoes but will have to switch to other brands for now.

Size 8 fits more like a size 6...extremely disappointed that the sizes are not even close to true.

Online they were described as leather but when they arrived they were a combination of leather and man made. I would like the shipping amount refunded since they advertised falsely .

They were not cushiony.Far too narrow. I sent them back.

I have several pair of Cole Haan shoes, I wear a size 10 sometimes 10 1/2 I couldn't even get my foot in these, the moment I took them out of the box I could tell they were very small

Narrow toe area. Poor arch support. Returned. Shame, bc I've owned other CH shoes in same size w/o problem.

Runs very small. I am size 6 and purchased sz 6. Couldn't fit my feet inside the shoe. Love the style and color though.

This shoe is not comfortable. I wore it one day and it rubbed at least 3-4 blisters on both feet. I wanted to return but since it was worn, I was denied. I will never purchase from this company again. Their shoes was once great quality but now it's mediocre.

I have several similar C-H shoes that fit perfectly. The pair I just bought are too small. I measured new with old and are enough the new are smaller. Can't trust buying online anymore.

The shoes are beautiful but run very narrow. I wear a medium width shoe and could not find a comfortable fit. Unfortunately, I had to return them.
