Insole and arch support are very nice. The leather is hard over the toes, and I found these too loose in the heel so was flopping up and down. You could not wear without socks because of the seam around the elastic, and the hard edges. Pretty, so I regret having to return them.

I wear a 9.5 W and this shoe was a full size too large. Sides bowed out also and weren't touching the side of my feet. I am hoping a smaller size will prevent that, but haven't ever had to order a 8.5 in any shoe for a very, very, very long time ago! The sole was comfortable and supporting and the width at forefoot was perfect.

This is a comfortable, lightweight clog but the quality is fair, at best. Material is fragile and small scuff marks have caused the top layer to peel back. It's been 3 weeks and these shoes are already starting to look worn. If you like the brand, buy a lower priced model. If you want good quality, find another brand. You don't get what you pay for. This will be my last pair of Klogs.

I have two pairs of Moxy shoes. They run slightly big so I wear a half size smaller. I ordered a 7.5M even though I wear a 8M. This shoe was not only very large and wide, but upon examining them, I found that it was not a Moxy but Naples. Very disappointed with Klogs and Zappos.
