Boot is narrow and tight, I've worn them about 2 weeks and they are stiff and difficult to break in .I would not recommend this boot if you are going to wear them for a full day.

True to size. Very comfortable wearing. They feel like I have on sneakers not a boot. Only problem is my feet sweat in them.

They seem like good shoes, time will test that.

i have to return for a second time due to being too small, this time i went a whole size bigger and not only were they narrow but too tight in the toes with the composite. Overall the construction of the shoe looks and felt good if the sizing could just be right

Great pair of composite toes. Really love these Thorogood Mid boots. I've worn them five days a week since I've had them, and these have been the most comfortable reliable pair of boots I've ever owned. However, the term "Waterproof" should be used loosely. Do the tops of my feet get get soaked when it's raining... No, but did I step into a small puddle and the insole and bottom of my socks get soaked... yes. Otherwise, these are amazing boots.

I have always been a Thorogood fan, although usually I buy their boots. The Crosstrex is a great compromise between a safety toe work boot and tennis shoes. The fit and width was perfect. The first two weeks I wore them the comfort was awesome. I walk a lot for my job and always on concrete. After the first couple of weeks, however, my arches started to hurt. I don't believe it was any fault of the shoes, but rather my need for actual arch support. I purchased a set of arch support insoles and the problem is gone. Overall, a great pair of shoes for the price. Very satisfied!

After reading other reviews, I ordered a half size larger then my normal size. They are hard to get broken in, after a month they are better. I would not wear these daily initially because of the stiffness.

It is good look but not fit.

To tight in the toe, I tend to have a wide toe width. I have tried many different brands and sketcher seem the only shoe to fit.

The shoe itself is great but I do wish it was a little wider. I did not order the wide with as I dont normally have to buy wide with.

I love the shoes. I feel secure and confident having them on. Probably more insoles to be more comfortable

1st day very comfortable. 2nd day got less comfortable. After one week the fit is as good as one expects for a hard toe shoe. I ordered a wide shoe 1/2 size bigger than my normal. These shoes give you a pretty big lift. Feels like I'm on platforms. Kudos for proper lace length! Too many high top shoes and boots have excessively long laces. Downside is these are synthetic material which don't stay tight. About the only laces that stay tight are cotton or leather, which don't last, so pick your poison. These shoes also come fully laced up so you can you can put them on and get to work in seconds.

Shoes are great.I have neropathy and one foot is a little swollen all the time so shoe is a little tight.I am hoping it will break in so I switch shoes often.But other than that have gotten lots of compliments. Very satisfied also with inserts.Hope they last a long time.

The size of shoe was spot on except the width was narrow in the toe area. They are comfortable but definitely need more space under composite safety toe. Suggest trying on before ordering if can before purchase or you may have to send back for exchange.

Good shoes

Good fit and comfortable once broken in. Very durable but the toe guard material, sole extension, began to fray and rip away very soon after purchase but it has several layers and continues to be of very good use. Very good traction from non-slip sole on all terrain including smooth concrete. Shoe laces and other synthetic materials are also very durable. Lots of life left in soles.. Would buy another pair.
