I am 5'7" and 116 pounds and the small was just a little too big. There were wrinkles in the fabric in my waist area and I knew with a little running that they would be too loose. Unfortunately they didn't have an XS. Also, I ordered these for outdoor activities in Montana in the winter. It says "Warm" but they truly aren't like Nike's Hyperwarm tights that keep you warm and cozy in frigid temps.
