These boots run much smaller than advertised. I am going to have to have them stretched before wearing them. If you like these boots, I would try them on first, rather than buy them online.

I'd like to say that I love these boots but unfortunately I can not buy them again and that pains me. They are very comfortable and I love the insoles but for starters the color is VERY different from what you see in this photo, even after 2.5 solid months of use. They are much darker, like a chestnut color so keep that in mind. The biggest problem though is that the sole of my left boot has WORN THROUGH in just 2.5 months of use. I bought these at the end of august but didn't start wearing them until the weather cooled off in late September. Since then, I've been wearing them daily but they just can't take the daily use and that's unfortunate because I love wearing them. Next time, I'll probably try another brand.

Very dissatisfied with my experience. I ordered the boots in Weathered Tan, and the boots I received were brown, and looked nothing like the picture. They were also missing the comfort insoles in both boots. Ariat needs to do a better job at quality control and assurance when shipping a product to a customer. It only takes a moment to verify that the correct product is in the box and shipped. I'll update my review once I receive my exchange. Hopefully it will be the right product, with the insoles included.

Runs too small and wont let me exchange for a different size. Terrible customer service and not worth the hassle.

Holes in 6 months! In both shoes. I've bought two of these and it happened to both pairs.

After having them for about six months and wearing in the rain the bottoms gave out and there are holes in them now.

I purchased these in July of 2024, It is now the end of Nov 2024 and the soles are gone. More specifically there is a hole in bottom of the boot directly under the palm of foot. 4 Months of use, thats it!!!!

Boots looked nothing like the picture. They were dark dark brown.

Boots don't hold up well. Had them 6 months and the side is busted out already!

was excited for my new boots, turns out they don't even look remotely close to the picture or reviews, they sent me a very dark brown pair and the whole boot itself looks awful, thought ariat was a reliable brand, i won't be buying boots online ever again.

Looks a lot better on the website than in person. Ordered wide width, but still narrow and uncomfortable. Planning to donate them. Disappointed for sure, but love Ariel overall.

My first pair of country boots and they are so uncomfortable to the point where I have to take them off at concerts. So disappointed! I am ready to throw them away- such as shame because i love the look.

I couldn't fit my foot in them. I have two other ariat boots size 10D just like these and they fit perfectly. Very upset with it. I was looking forward to wearing them this weekend.

The inner leather lining on the outside of the foot rub against your skin, causing blisters. I returned it right after that.

I was bummed when I received the boots because they look nothing like the picture on the website. The ad photo is a nice worn looking buckskin color but the actual boot is suede blueish gray.

I purchased these boots for my adult son. He liked how comfortable they were. But, the soles/ bottom of the boots wore out in 8 months. Not what I expected from Ariat boots. I've had Ariat boots in the past showing/ training horses. Never wore holes through the soles this quickly. What happened to quality craftsmanship. Really disappointed.

Horrible all the way around. Ordered on a Sunday, per the website it should ship out Monday, but it didn't ship until Thursday. The boots look nothing like on the website, they look like brand new spotless boots, not the burned, used look.They were also the most uncomfortable boots I've ever worn, the toe up my foot and toes. I ended up returning them!!

Ive had them for a year and Ive already got a blown out sole with a hole in it. Expected more from Ariat. Paying for resoles should be something I do every 3 years, not 1 year. Disappointed but the style is great.

My boots are falling apart. The sides are coming off and the sole is disintegrating. I've only had these boats for 5 months. They also do not come in the color on the picture. They started doing this on the 2nd month.

Very narrow instead struggled 15 min to put boot on

Poor construction.seem thread was stitched poorly/assemble. The sizing was completely different from other Ariat boots. Looked cheap or lacked attention to quality

First time I got these boots one of them was flacking so I sent them back. The second time (which is now) the sole is torn over my big toe in both boots. On the right boot the whole bottom of the shoe is falling off. the rubber in the heels is also coming off. I've only had these boots for 2 months, this shouldn't be happening.

Not sure if bad shipment or manufacturing, but boots cam damages underneath and chips out of them. Love the boots otherwise, husband loved them, just disappointed in the arrival coming damaged

Boots ripped in the first day junk no refund and service on phone is bad

I bought these boots about 2 months ago and they've already got cracking in the souls and the leather seems cheap easily worn out!
