I have been wearing the Revolution 4 for a couple years and just needed a replacement. I was happy to see that the new Revolution 5 came in some more color options and ordered the same size I have been wearing in the Rev 4 - 9.5 4E. Unfortunately the fit is not the same. They feel tighter in width and length. I also noticed they are labeled as 9.5W in the shoe. Not sure if the width is less or if they just changed the way they label their wide width. I’m going to try going up a size and will report back! As always I am happy I purchased from Zappos bc I know I can exchange or return really easily.

They feel narrow so order a half size larger. They are not waterproof and will become soused, sodden in the rain. They are light enough for cycling and walking.

These replaced a similar pair. Since the size was visible inside the old shoes, there was no guesswork, and they fit fine. Except for the fact that the shade of grey is darker than what I had before, and the footprint a little larger, they’re good for walking and the gym

Love the style of the shoe but the right shoe was rubbing at the outside ankle. Interestingly, it was also the shoe that someone marked with an X. Who does that and why would Zappos not catch that in quality control?

The white soles and the blue get dirty easily, but over fairly good shoe so far. The grip on the bottom seems to be good even when wet and that’s a big plus.

Fits reasonably well. Top of shoe is a bit tight on the top of my foot, but nothing terrible. Material is pretty soft. It's a bit more padding in the sole than I would want for weightlifting, but I've done several rounds of sprinting in them, and they're fine for that. Shoelaces stay tied. That might sound trivial, but my old Nike Metcons, which were awesome for weightlifting, gave me bruises during sprints, and they had the most slippery shoelaces ever, which infuriatingly came untied about every five minutes, even with a triple-knot. These Nike Revolution 5 shoes are not outstanding in any particular way, but they are solid all-around, and they're a good value for the money.

Expected

I like the style of these shoes but they ran small. Im normally 9.5-10. I bought the 10 had to return my toe was to the top of the shoe. Im trying the 10.5 .

I love this live from Nike. My only issue is the color blue on the app compared with the color blue on the Nike splash on the shoe. The blue is not as bright on the shoe that appears on the appear. A bit disappointed about that, otherwise all is good.

Overall great feeling shoe

I like these but not as much as the Revolution 4s

had to buy a half size larger because my feet are wider, but other than that great shoe.

Felt tight, but are getting more comfortable.

Fit was good felt a bit tight in the width.

The shoes feel great and had much better arch support than my previous shoes however they only lasted about 10 months before developing holes on the top of the shoes where my big toes are.

Love the look and feel of these sneakers...except they squeak! Usually after wearing them for about 30 minutes-- the bottom of the shoe near the metatarsal of the foot begins to squeak-- and it's pretty loud. Anyone else have this issue with this shoe?

Fit was great and I like the styling. Unfor. at about 1 mile into a run the shoes start clicking from the sole. I thought it would go away as they broke in but it's been about 100+ miles at this point. They do not start clicking until the 1 mile mark. Other shoes (like this one) have not done that.

Fit good, nice style. Soles on these are really dense/hard. Not cushioned foam.

I had been wearing only New Balance to run. NB did not have anything available that I used previously, so I bought this pair of Nike's for running. As a running sneaker they felt heavy. That was disappointing because besides fit, the weight of a sneaker is number 2 on my list of needs. Since they were comfortable (I have a wide foot), I decided to use them as an everyday shoe. However, that did not work either because the sneakers make this embarrassingly loud clicking noise with each step. I saw another person make the same comment about this shoe. You will not hear that when you are running.

We have bought this same size and width in similar Nikes before -- this shoe was TOO TIGHT.

I've never had shoes hurt like these before. The top corners are weirdly rigid and tend to dig into the tops of my feet, especially when turning corners. Going straight ahead is ok. I tried wearing them for two days (two days of work is about 8 hours of standing, walking, squatting, and occasionally sprinting), but only felt more assured that I didn't like these shoes by halfway through the second day. This will be the first time I've ever returned a shoe to Zappos.

very hard insole, very uncomfortable.

Perfect fit. Not soft as clouds like other reviews said, but Good shoes for the price.
