After our last fridge died, we switched from the French door (LG) set up to side by side. This works much better for us. I hated opening both doors to access the vegetable bin. Water flow from the dispenser is good and water seems to taste better now. Ice dispenses quickly. Only two negatives: 1) the fridge is a little noisy for a few seconds sometimes 2) All of our other appliances are black stainless steel which, unfortunately, is being phased out. We chose stainless steel. Not a perfect match to everthing else but close. We needed a fridge quickly and didn't have the luxury of being too choosy. Otherwise, very pleased so far. Hope it lasts longer than the last fridge (7 years).

I do like it but it would be nice if there wasn't an obstacle in removing the ice tray. Every time I need to dump the ice tray I need to remove the shelf at the top.

So far, all is good with the refrigerator. At this time, there are 2 questions/concerns I have. 1) when opening/closing the freezer door, there is often an audible sharp click 2) the refrigerator has 2 locations for an "air" filter; one in main area upper left and another in 1 crisper drawer. I received only one air freshener packet and do not know where to use it (or if I should have received another also).

Nice and surprisingly quick at getting down to temp and maintaining. Well balanced mixture of simplicity and yet has a good number of tech features that hit on all the basics. Water valve kicking in is alarmingly loud if you're not expecting it, and I wish this fridge had more shelf recesses to let you better custom size the distance between shelves.

So far so good? Have one problem with the door adjustment nut.The instructions say to use a 12mm wrench. That's not correct. One side is a 7/16 and I had to use an adjustable wrench on the other. But the side I needed to adjust would not move the door. Someone has to come out to fix it. Otherwise we line what we have seen in the first week. Things are looking much better than the Samsung French door model this unit replaced.

I'm enjoying my new refrigerator. It has all the features I was looking for. I wish it had a place for soda cans, but I'll have to look for something at an organizing store. My control panel is also not installed correctly and I'm waiting on some resolution for that.

My refrigerator arrived with one door lower than the other. No way to adjust this. This refrigerator is much quieter than the Whirlpool it replaced. Operation of the ice and water dispenser is smooth and love the larger opening to fill larger glasses and water bottles. Roomy inside. Lighting is good. Hoping this one will last a lot longer than the Whirlpool that died due to compressor failure in less than three years.

Love my new stainless side by side. Attractive and efficient.

exactly the right size, works great

I thought I had done my research to find the best fridge for my family. I did not read that the water comes out of the fridge warm, which isn't the end of the world, but our old fridge did do this. The ice cubes are very small, and it only makes about 20 cubes per batch. I use about that many to fill my water bottle. Also, the drawers in the freezer fall off the guiderails when I pull the drawer out. I had the top drawer filled with frozen meat, but the weight was just too much for the drawer, so now I have the meat in a storage tote on one of the shelves. I like the shelves in the refrigerator door...they hold a lot, but I don't care for the spacing of the shelves. Would I pick this fridge again...no, but it does it's job.

Good choice

1) We were disappointed to learn that the water dispenser did not dispense cold water! WHAT? There are many occasions when you want a cool drink of water and don't want to add ice. And what about needing cold water quickly for making pie crusts, etc? 2) The manual that came with our unit was pretty much worthless when it came to figuring out how to remove the shelves and put the front protective edges on them. And after an exhaustive search on your website I discovered that information was not there either. Frustrating.

New fridge is roomy and quiet.

This was a replacement refrigerator and have always had good luck with Frigidaire.

Overall I love the look and functionality of the fridge. My only concern, the ice maker is really loud when it fills with water. But that could be a water pressure concern.

We had the same model, loved it. This one is a little bit different. fridge side world great. Its the freezer side that is working but it takes about 6 hours to make I tray of ice. That doesn't work for a family of five.

The freezer door doesn't seal completely. There's frost forming on the inside door and fridge halfway up in the freezer.

Nice big fridge. A small issue the control panel in the freezer door. I am sure the warranty will cover it.

This fridge perfectly fit our kitchen when our GE died after 20+ years. Attractive and easy to wipe clean. Brightly lit, very tall top shelf, easy to adjust bins on the door. We miss the beverage can rack on the door, the butter compartment is smaller as is the ice nuggets the machine makes.

Ice maker is little loud but not a deal breaker. I miss having a water dispenser and ice dispenser... this would be a must the next time

Refrugerator works well. It is very appealing in the kitchen. Water and ice on demand is a great feature. Egg container, ferral sleeve, compression nut was not included which quite an inconvenience.Had to make a run unplanned trip a hardware store.

Never had a Frigidaire refrigerator so hoping for the best. Samsung refrigerator was a big waste of money as it broke done right after the warranty expired. One thing I'd like to see on all refrigerators with Ice and water dispensers in the door is an auto light sensor that lights up the area and the controls to select between ice and water when its dark in the room.

The fridge is really good so far. However, it does get very loud from time to time. We have someone coming to look at it soon. Otherwise, very good.
