The size 8 seems to be a little bigger and the upper shell a little flimsy compared to my other tall Bogs. Still gets the job done here in Wisconsin.

Well made but they have absolutely no give at the top when you're trying to slide your foot into the bed. High insteps?, don't even bother. So bummed I had to send them back.

Durable, well made. Unfortunately I had to return mine because I have a high instep and could not insert my foot into the foot bed due to the hard, rigid area on top where my instep rubbed. Terrible that there's no flexibility in that area. If you have perfect feet they're probably great boots.

I like these boots overall but they seem narrower and more constricted in the toe box than my older Bogs in the same size. The 4 H design is a bit garish, but I'm not dressing for fashion but to keep my feet dry.

I ordered a new pair, because my old pair finally gave out. The old ones lasted forever! I even hiked 100 miles with them w/out one blister or foot soreness.
Unfortunately, the new ones are 1" shorter on my calf as well as tighter on my calf. I don't have large calves they only measure 13-1/2"
So I can't imagine how tight they'd be if I had wide calves.

I was hoping to replace a pair of your Bog's women's snowboots that I have worn the tread off of the soles but I'm sad that the boots are a little snug and don't have the same fit/traction that my last pair did.
That said, they are still an amazing all around product and I will replace my old pair the minute I find them again online. I'm in and out of horse stalls and goat pens and hiking up muddy trails to traverse back and forth, and BOGS are the only footwear that can accommodate getting wet and muddy and then hosed off afterwards.
My old pair was an 8 (a little big) and this new pair is a size 7 (a little small) so I'm hoping you will make a 7.5 soon!

The boot is great if it wasn't so tight around the calf. This is the second pair like this. I thought it was a fluke with the first pair.
Very disappointed

The calf is way too small. I prefer the neoclassic because they are better all around

I like the room for extra thick socks and toe warmers. But they feel very still and heavy on my feet.

Normally I love bogs but not the 4H pair. They are not warm enough for my feet in cold temperatures. They are okay for 20 and above. Nothing below that. Very disappointed. Plus one boot was 1/2 inch taller! If they were seconds they should have been labeled as seconds.

The boots are very well made, heavy, and seem pretty heavy duty. You should be able to walk in the snow, mud, and various wet terrains and not get your feet wet. That being said, because they are more like a worker type boot, they are incredibly stiff and bend a little awkward around and behind the ankle, which causes a little bit of rubbing. I was looking for a light use (rainy days) type of boot, so this is more than I needed. The calf, neoprene, section is tight, but might come in handy if you don't want anything falling into your rain boot. I usually wear a size 9.5, and ended up with a size 10 after trying the size 9. I decided to keep them, but they are not the most comfortable boots out there, but they are well-built and pretty.

This is my favorite boot for farm chores. Any season. Problem is the neoprene split from the rubber so they're no longer waterproof above the tear.

The regular was too small in the calf, but the wide calf is HUGE! I can't win with these. I'm 5'7", wear a size 10, and couldn't get my calf into the regular size (never happened to me in any other boots), yet I'm swimming in these ones. The foot fits ok and is warm and super comfortable, but the calf rubs because its too big, especially when walking up steps or driving and pushing the gas/brake.

I was looking for warm winter waterproof boots for walking the dog and maybe working in garden in the spring. These are well made boots, but too bulky, and heavy for me.

Boot are very comfortable, but the top are tight and the stitching inside near the top gave me blisters on my legs. My other pair before these were great except they soul started to come apart in 6mo and filling out return form was horrible to resend, so my boots started talking after awhile, so the replacement boots.

Fit is far different from the original boots produced years ago. I tried three pairs before finding a comparable fit. The calf circumference varies from boot to boot. Also, the transition from rubber to fabric is higher, which creates a more snug fit. My main complaint is that the boots are not nearly as pretty as they once were. They looked better when the bottom half was a colorful print and the top half was solid.

They're ok, not as comfortable as my older ones, but the foot part comes higher up so hopefully it will not break like the older ones did. The calf is wider than the older model, which allows quite a bit of hay to get down them, not a fan of this. Got 40% off because the old ones broke, so I guess I'll wear these till they die too.

The sizing in these boots is extremely disappointing. 9's are impossibly small, 10's are practically falling off my feet and unsafe to drive in. This pair is going to sit in the coatroom. Also not loving the design but the choices for the warmest styles have become so limited that this was the best there was. Adored my first pair of Bogs but looks like it is time to find another brand.

I'm thankful these boots with a large calf opening are available. They fit just perfectly. Unfortunately, they did not keep my feet very warm at 32 degrees Fahrenheit. They are however very comfortable to walk in.

My usual size was far too big, so I returned for an exchange of one size down. It's been over three weeks of chasing down customer care to even begin processing the exchange request. I returned the original weeks ago with an additional exchange request included in the box. I submitted the exchange request form TWO times via email and they still claim not to have received it.

I was under the assumption that these were insulated boots. That is the reason for the return -
I already have a pair and love to wear them. However, I need the warmer pair for the winter,.

I bought them to keep my feet warm when I am outside this winter in MN. They seem clumsy to walk in and difficult to drive my car while wearing.
They do keep my feet warm as long as I wear an extra thick pair of woolen socks.
Next time I will buy a pair of warm boots that have tie laces so the fit can be adjusted to be more snug than pull on boots.

After reviewing the many options for rain boots, i ordered these and the Uggs Shelby. Love the built in handles on the Bogs, but the size 11 were enormous and even with thick socks they felt very clunky walking around in. Went with the Uggs.
I'd also recommend:
