I had to write to say the purchase of my first pair of BOGS has been truly satisfying. My cousin suggested them after a pair (NOT BOGS) I had for snow walking started to disintegrate in their second winter of use. I could tell the minute I put these boots on they were well worth the price and think they will last a very long time and through many more dog walks. I am an average 6 1/2 foot size and the 6 fit well. The tie up makes them feel more fitted and comfy for longer walks.

Love these boots. My feet are warm and dry no matter how long I'm in the snow. They are also very comfortable to wear and soft on the inside.

So comfy and warm. Haven't been on ice yet, but so far so good! Great with jeans!!!

These boots are so warm and cozy. They are great for knocking around, serious outdoors activities and so easy to get on and off. I have never had a better pair of boots and I have lived in Minnesota my whole life.

So far these boots have been great! I wore them for about 2 hours clearing snow. slush and standing water from our driveway. My feet stayed warm and dry and they were very comfortable!

These boots are comfy, light, have great grips and are very warm. Everything I was looking for while shoveling snow and and playing with the grandkids!

My feet stay very warm! But also sweat so do need to air out after use. The tread is awesome and very cozy.

Have worn these in super cold New England weather and snow already and they are both toasty and practical! In fact it's hard to get me out of these!

I have purchased several pair of winter boots and these are by far the warmest and most comfortable light weight boots .I walk my dog everyday no matter the temp.These by far are the best!!!

These are fantastic. From the moment I put them on they have been comfortable. No break in time necessary. They are easy to get on and off. My feet stay happy warm and dry even in heavy rain and thick snow. The tread is great on ice. I feel very sure footed. They feel very durable and if they are anything lile my last pair of bogs they will last for many years to come.

I love these boots! I was worried about sizing because my last pair of Bogs were 9.5, and that wasn't an option here. I went with 9's and they work. They are super warm and easy on/off. They have much better tread than my last pair, too. They keep my feet pretty warm in Minnesota.

Thus far running errands and trudging through snow my yard, my feet have been wonderfully warm and comfortable. I covered them in snow then walked inside to let the snow melt, feet stayed dry. I am wearing thicker socks, generally wear a women's 7-7.5 in tennis shoes and I purchased a size 8 boot. The sole of the boot could use some improvement. I purchased a pair of Ugg Sheepskin sole liners which I believe will be perfect. The Ugg liners will take up some space but the should all compress to a customized fit. Some have said they are too narrow, I think they are perfect but I have a average/ thin foot. Some said they are heavy, I'm used to a much more intense boot. These are just right to walk and drive in. In my opinion a light winter boot is NOT a winter boot, so if that's what you want maybe move to a warmer climate instead. The thicker rubber sole is a plus for me, it means my foot has more between it and the cold frozen ground-aka warmth :) I debated buying these or Muck Boots-Arctic Ice Tall Waterproof Winter Boots as both rated to -58. I chose these because cuteness overpowered practical. If nothing else hand warmers are more likely to work in these(they need air flow). I've wanted a pair of errand boots, which they MORE than suffice for on a 20 degree day. Previously my most favorite warm boot was Baffin Impacts(They are a practical boot!! Rated to -148) But they wouldn't ship in time for opener of rifle season...and cuteness won. These two boots cannot be compared the one another obviously, they are totally different classes of warmth rating. I have chronically cold feet that sweat, so boots need to be warm. I consider Sorels, UGGs, North Face boots to be a joke, they are simply not insulated enough or waterproof!! I have yet to try these boots for my intended purpose, winter hunting in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. I will, if I remember, come back to review after I sit in my blind all day tomorrow.

I have to walk to the bus in the winter so I need a warm, waterproof boot. I prefer something lighter and quick to put on and it can be hard to get that balance in a winter boot. Bogs does those things for me really well in this boot. Size up if you're a half size shoe.
