The soles are hard. Don't be fooled by the air max label, the whole bottom is hard as a rock.

They're very nice looking that's why I brought them but they are very narrow more for a female or a male with narrow feet

A bit tight across the top band, but I expected as much for support and eventual reduced elasticity over time.

Absolutely loved these slides- they fit perfectly, they're incredibly comfortable, and looked great. Apparently a lot of other people thought so too- I brought them down to Florida and someone stole them from my chair at the pool. I'm ordering another pair today. Hopefully that's a good endorsement for this product :)
