I wear a lot of aetrex shoes , usually love them! These are the most uncomfortable I've ever worn. I'm a retail manager, on my feet 9 hours per day, and was only able to wear these for 3 hours. Unfortunately, because they are worn, I can't return them ! Very dissatisfied...

These shoes are so cute in platinum, and I am soooo disappointed that they don't fit. I have worn Aetrex for 10 years. Size 8.5 or 9. This shoe in 8.5 was just too big and gappy. Went down to next size 7.5-8. (I hate when they size like that.) Just small enough to be painful. Aetrex shoes usually run very true to size for me. Sadly, I can't say that about this shoe. If it fits you, you will love it. Very well cushioned. Cute style. Great color.

I have neuroma on my left foot and finding comfortable casual shoes is a chore. I've tried Clarks and Sanitas but finally found Aetrex to be the best for comfort. I especially like that it is of leather and not synthetic material. The round toe area is a plus if you have neuroma. I normally wear 7.5 medium and found the 7.5-8 sizing roomy but not loose. I swapped out the removable insole for Dr Sholl's gel inserts which made a big difference as well. I did not find the arch placement to be an issue. It is stated in the description why Aetrex placed the arch further back in the shoe.

I really wanted this shoe to work, but I knew I was taking a chance. Aetrex are great comfort shoes but I really need a narrow width shoe. My foot was slipping all around in the shoe. I would say it runs true to size if you can wear a medium width shoe.

I thought these would fit like the Berries clogs I bought years ago which fit perfectly and felt like the foot bed and arch support were made for my feet. These shoes fit but the arch support is too far back. Wish I had bought more before they changed them. These are going back.

Beautiful shoe. Very stylish. Would have loved for them to fit but they were VERY narrow and small compared to size.

These are the most comfortable shoes I’ve worn in a very long time. A week after purchasing them I wore them for 5 days while on vacation in Savannah GA. No discomfort at all. I have high arches and neuropathy so that is really saying something. This is my first time buying this brand and I’m very pleased with the shoes.

I really like the style of this shoe and the placement of the Velcro fasting. The arch placement felt awkward when walking and I didn’t like the suede like material in the back of the shoe. I wear a 9W and I ordered size 40 which felt a little roomy at the heel but I would have kept them if the toe box had been roomier.

Not a particularly wide toe box, as listed. Otherwise it is an attractive, comfortable, sturdy shoe.

I liked the style, but I usually wear a 7.5 in shoes, 8 in athletic shoes/boots. My toes hit the ends of these. Also, they were tight across the instep and I didn't think they would stretch because this is where they were stitched. I know they claim the arch support is "where it should be" it left me feeling like there was not enough arch support. Might work perfectly for someone else.

Fit, true to size….I ordered the same shoe and size but in Black. I am keeping the black pair and returning these.

Most days, I wear Brooks Ghost sneaks with custom orthotics……I have been searching Zappos for a comfortable leather shoe that I can remove the footbed and add my custom orthotics. After numerous orders and giving each order the “test drive” - TAA DAH! I didn’t feel as though I had given up the comfort of my sneaks and adjusting to a break-in period. I won’t be wearing these every day - but - I will pack them to wear with casual trousers and relaxed evenings out with a group of like minded travelers.

Thought these shoes would be perfect because I have some Aetrex ankle boots that I love and the arch support is great in those. This pair (ordered same size as my boots) was too flat/tight across the top of my foot. Although I was thinking the leather might stretch out and the shoe might get more comfortable, I also realized that was a gamble since the shoes were not comfy from the get go. I have tendonitis in my arch so trying to find a shoe that will support the foot, other than athletic shoes. Sadly, I’m returning these.

I have been wearing Aetrex shoes for about the last 10 years. I haven't wore this pair yet as I am saving them for winter but every pair I have owned was totally comfortable & supportive. I like the look of this last pair & am anxious to start wearing them.

These fit perfectly. I knew they would because I bought a bronze colored pair of the exact style last year. The fabric is really unique & attractive & different looking.

Unfortunately, these shoes did not fit well. This is turning out to be the case when purchasing online.

These were a keeper. I have a pair of Aetrex sandals for many years that have held up well. Hoping these will be the same.

Good fit - style is ok - really you would only wear these with slacks or Jeans.

These are a bit larger than I expected. Maybe with thicker socks they will be more comfortable. Pretty shoes. Will keep them as I love Aetrex shoes.

These appeared to have some minor wear when they arrived- slight scuff marks on suede toe area.
