Quick delivery. Great hat.

I recieved this hat as a replacement for the organic airflo hat under Tilleys forever guarantee. The folks at Tilley couldnt have been nicer. Every one of my emails was returned the next day with instructions on how to make my claim. I had a legitimate claim, I followed their instructions and recieved a new hat within a week of my first communication. That is service the old fashioned way when customer loyalty meant something. I love my new hat and will be a Tilley customer for life. In my opinion its the best hat you can buy from the nicest people in the business.

Awesome hat!

I work as a gardener, i'm always outdoor and it's recommended to have protection for all the weathers. This hat is absolutely fantastic it fits very comfortable and it's no problem to clean it.It's my second one Greetings from Germany,sorry about my english

This was the replacement hat they sent me. Made in china!! Look before you buy. Not even close to the original one. They are sending me a different hat as my choice. We shall see.

Super comfortable, light weight, and breathable. High quality construction all around. Much cleaner look than the traditional floppy bucket hat. Live in Wisconsin, going to Florida in a couple weeks. Looking forward to putting it through the rigorous sun and fun.

The brim was smaller than the last one I bought. The whole reason I buy them is to protect me from the sun. Probably be the last one I will buy.

I love my new Tilley hat. I purchased it at Disney and it rained hard several days and it kept my head nice and dry. Well worth the money.

The hat has been a beloved outside "tool" for my husband for years. Finally, it came to an end but luckily it was guaranteed by Tilley for life. I had the incredibly great interaction with Gabriella in Tilley's Customer Service - she is a terrific representative of the company! She was fast in her responses, she was polite and knowledgeable about the products, she was personable and followed through on her statements to me. I say "Give that woman a raise!!" So often companies tout their customer service but they never follow through. Tilley was the exception. We are definitely Tilley customers for life! Fits great. I have a very small head and its very hard to find good hats. Excellent quality and weathers very well.

I bought this hat one of my first days of vacation at the ocean in Georgia because I needed something to keep the sun off me. 6 months later I wear it almost daily. It fits better than any hat Ive ever worn. It is so great in the rain too. Keeps my head and neck nice and dry. Worth every penny.

My parents and grandparents have been longtime customers of Tilley and my dad wears one everyday of the year. When I was 17 I purchased the LTM5 to wear while lifeguarding and its the best clothing purchase Ive made. Ive used it for two years now, about 50 hours a week in the summers and its kept together wonderfully and has kept me cool and and comfortable the entire time. I got it in light stone, which I would definitely recommend if you are going to be out in the hot sun for long periods of time. The light colors will heat up way less. Hats like this arent the most stylish for people my age but the functionality of it greatly outweighs any style issues. I love the strap mechanism and how it perfectly fits my head (the sizing system used by Tilley is amazing). Definitely worth the money.

This hat runs small. The opening for the crown is barely an oval and feels almost round. This makes it feel awkward. Good construction of durable materials.
