I love these boots. I was trying to find a winter snow boot that is sleek enough to go to work and warm enough to play in the snow. I looked everywhere and these boots seemed most likely, but they worried me because I could hardly find any reviews. I have had two pairs of Ecco hiking boots that have been perfect -- one pair that I wore until they wore out, and then a replacement that I'm still wearing -- so light and sturdy and water-resistant and well-fitting, even though I have wide feet and Ecco doesn't come in wide. (I wear 9W - 41 works perfectly.) So I tried ordering these, and they are just right. They are very cute, they are comfortable, they are warm. My husband likes them. I bought the brown and it has a gleam about it that gives it almost a coppery color. I'm excited when the morning is snowy or damp because I get to wear them. Best footwear purchase I've made in quite a while.

This boot felt comfy and warm, and sizing was great. It was a bit too casual for what I wanted, though, so it was returned.

I wanted to like these boots. The lining is warm but my heels were not supported so I have to send the back.

I've had mine for 2 seasons so I feel I can write a meaningful review. The main issue with the boots is that they are a bit on the snug side so I highly recommend going up half a size esp if you'll be wearing thicker socks. The tread is pretty good though you'll still need to be careful on the ice. They are very warm and good at repelling water. My feet are on the narrower side and the width was perfect for me. I suspect they will be too narrow for anyone on the wider side of the spectrum.

Note: this width worked well for me because my feet are on the narrow side of medium so if you're on the wider side these aren't for you. Definitely half a size small though.
