The shoes were gorgeous! However, I could not wear them to the wedding I was planning on wearing them too because they were so uncomfortable and pinched my toes. I only was able to wear them for about 5 minutes.

I love the look of this shoe, but...the fit. i went a half size up from my usual and while that size fit, I cannot imagine the anatomy of someone who could comfortably walk in this shoe. It felt like my hip sockets were being forced inward while my toes were forced outward.

I ordered this shoe in a size 11 for my wedding. Zappos sent me a size 10, the wrong size! They never had an 11in their stock. I returned the shoes quickly and took them forever to give me back my money, 3 weeks actually. I called because it was taking so long, the rep apologized and offered me $40 off of my next purchase but I was never given anything and my Zappos account has nothing attached to it. My wedding shoe is sold out everywhere else, I have to now settle for shoes I never wanted on my feet for my big day. I'll never shop with Zappos again, I'm highly disappointed with my entire shopping experience and would not recommend it to anyone. 0 stars completely ghetto would never recommend.
