I've been using this bag for about a week now. I like the bag. It is roomy and the inside pockets help me stay organized. The one thing I dont like is the strap. The strap slips and loosens and becomes longer unintentionally. The strap seems narrow for the size of the bag and it doesn't stay on my shoulder well. Other than the strap its a great bag.

Overall good bag, but miss the large side pocket of my previous bagellini bag. It used to fit a coffee thermos or large water bottle in each outside side pocket, but now it is way too small for that.

Only thing I did t like it that the end pockets are a little small for a water bottle

Love how it looks; however, disappointed because it's quite a bit heavier than I thought it would be. I'd recommend, but with that reservation.

I was trying to replace my previous similar bag (also west village hobo) so I ordered this one. The fabric is different, it is more stiff and shiny than I was expecting. Also the color is more 'pink' than appeared on the website. I will keep the bag but suspect I will go back to the one I had previously. Just note that the construction and fabric seemed to have changed.

Great bag with great storage, but I'd love to get a more fun version. Always praying to see this in more colors, ideally the Maui Print! (Although can we replace that bright pink zipper and with a light green or purple one?)

The #1 reason I ordered this bag was because the description speaks of the two side "water bottle" pockets. I was so disappointed to find out that none of our water bottles, most of which are around 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 inches would fit. The largest bottle I could find to fit was a 1 1/4 size hot sauce bottle. So, great bag, but not what I needed. I hope they read this, and make some of their bags more accommodating to people who like to take water bottles with them everywhere.

The bag was smaller than I anticipated. Unfortunately, I had to return it. I realized that it was probably going to be too small after I placed the order but, you don't allow orders to be cancelled. I had to wait for it to get to me and then return it which seemed a bit unnecessary.

Wish that the feature of the zippered luggage pocket: 1. Closed all the way and 2. Had a lock on it so the pocket could be used as extra space. As it stands now that pocket is useless except for placing on a rolling luggage arm.

The bag is very stiff and wearing it crossbody is cumbersome. The pockets on the ends of the bag won't hold my smart phone but the side pockets are perfect. The bag is easy to get into and I love a light colored interior to a black bag, makes finding things so much easier.

I've loved my old West Village Hobo Bagg for years, and it's showing signs of wear so I planned to simply replace it. The new version has a few minor design changes, but the 2 END POCKETS ARE NO LONGER LARGE ENOUGH FOR A PLAIN PLASTIC WATER BOTTLE. So disappointing! I'd gladly have kept it without that design flaw, but this is useless for me now. I'm a travel artist and need water for drinking and painting. Sure hope they fix this error.

Stay is awful flimsy and uncontrollable Zipper does not close due to poor installlation. Really wanted to love it but quality not there and clumsy with strap that is all over the place. one and done with baggalini

This bag is nice, but it is described as having water bottle pockets, one on each side. However, the pockets are too small for my water bottle or cmy commuter coffee mug to fit. Back it goes.
