I really like the look of this shoe. However, the sizing was a little off, compared to other shoes of this type that I've owned in the past. I bought a size 12, which is what I normally wear, and it feels a little loose with dress socks on. It is a good width, though, even though I normally wear a wide shoe, and this was not labeled as such. The material is still kind of stiff after about a week of wearing, but I am sure it will work out over time.

It’s been about 3 months, so I’m writing this with a bit of experience. I was looking for a pair of “knock-abouts”, everyday shoes. Something I can slide into and not worry about scuffing up. $100 bucks. If it lasts me a year, I’m cool. These look and feel pretty groovyl after 3 months. They look especially rockin’ after a few months of ‘aging’. These are a mid-level shoe built by the Dexter shoe company. They are NOT a Swedish/Danish crafty shoe. The name/tag/logo is an advertising construct. However, damn fine feel after 3 months of everyday use. Compliments? Yes! Who looks at shoes? (Andy Dufrain). ?

These shoes are great. Good looking for business casual to casual. Very, very comfortable. I normally wear a 10 W. This shoe came in a European 43 D width and it was perfect both in length and width. Hence, if you have a narrower foot, you may find this shoe to be a bit wide.

Let me start by saying, I really like this shoe. However, it does run about half a size larger. I ordered a 9.5 M directly from Born and had to return them because they felt loose. Bought the 9M from Zappo's, no problem. Probably not the ideal shoe if you overpronate. Thanks Zappo's!

Shoe has great styling; majority of reviews are correct. A little long and a little wide. Heavier socks won’t help. It’s too bad because this show has that great crossover styling, causal and dressy enough. As much as I liked the style, had to return them. I don’t understand Born on this one’s fit...

Shoe was super comfy out of the box. Leather was very dry. walked thru wet grass and had wet socks three steps in. I high quality oiled the shoes thinking it was the dry leather. Leather came back looks great! shoes still leak like a sieve . Toe guard is very soft. I'm hard on shoes and these failed the test. Bought them in may... would have returned them but I doubt they would have been accepted. Last night my Mastiff puppy ate one ... sigh I will not be buying this brand again. They look and feel good but they leak and do not hold up.

Much like other slip on loafer style shoes, but Born just does it better. I have three pair of Born’s, and like them all. A nice step up from Merrell and Rockport.

My son loves the comfort and ease of slip on.

Good tread on bottom and sturdily built.

These shoes are a gem. I wear a size 10 wide and these fit perfectly out of the box. They are easy to dress up to wear to work or wear on caual days.

I have wide feet in the toe box. These are perfect. I wear wool socks with these and I my feet could not be happier. I will buy more of these.

Fit was good. Black leather is suitable for office attire. Support of my arch is adequate. I did get a half size smaller than my lace up athletic shoes and I'm glad I did because it fits perfect.

The fit was great. So happy with these shoes. Thinking about ordering another pair just to have a back-up!

It took a few times of wearing them to break in, but now I never want to take them off. I always get complements on them too. I plan on getting another color.

Beautiful leather and eye catching top. My feet are 10.8" and there is just shy of half and inch in the toe box. Normally wear a 10.5 due to width. These shoes are a little wider than normal casual shoes. A welcome issue for me. Love these shoes, definitely recommend.

They feel like I'm wearing nothing on my feet, as comfortable as my favorite slippers.

I really like them. Probably because I'm biased with Born shoes, have wore different styles, shows, sneakers, sandals for at least the last 20 to 25 years. Now this style I knew since I saw the photo I was going to like, and when unboxing did not disappoint. Sole is super comfortable, the only issue I have, and have had with other shoes (not Born) as well, is they slightly rub back of my ankle. After braking in i know it will stop, but really good shoes as always.
